Disboards at work?

I was just curious if any of you fellow dissers check the board out during work? I don't get much chance to do so but find myself periodically checking what's new just to get my mind off of work!

ummmmmmmmm YEAH I DO! I'm so gonna get fired. LOL.

I work nights at a Childrens Hospital and were not supposed to surf the net at work. WHATEVER...picture it..2am, kids sleeping, ALL the lights on on our unit except little ones by our computers and emergency lights. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ. Disboards keeps me awake

Guilty as charged! My boss travels alot and I am usually pretty caught up on my work. So I surf and have been visiting the Disboards quite a bit lately in anticipation of my Disney trip in December.

I'm guilty!!! That is my work is to cruise the disboard. I have to find out as much info as possible about WDW!!!

I work from home.....all alone.

I go back and forth from my work screen to the DIS- I figure- while at home I dont take a lunch ( sure I eat, but I sit at my desk and eat) and I have no one to talk to. I KNOW if I was in an office setting I would probably stop working to have a conversation way longer than the total time I am on the boards!

I'm guilty as charged also . I'm generally busy the beginning and end of the month with a few hours of down time here and there throughout the rest of the month, so it helps pass a slow day.

I do also check once or twice in the evening, but find that to be more difficult.

I wish I could ...my company is cracking down on internet usage at work. They've actually cut off internet access completely to some employees! I don't want to be one of them, so I keep the usage at home. Plus, with the way employers track the sites you visit, I don't want them to know any of my personal business. Just my $.02.

90% of my time here is from work. It's very boring there (five minutes of actual work per hour, average) so the internet keeps us sane.
