Disboards\ all threads with crazy signs/sign language

When I sign on many times all or most of the threads have the crazy sign language or whatever it is. Do we need to report this? How can each thread be reported? Most of the message board might be like this. Does a moderator/administrator eventually see it/fix it anyway.

That's usually the result of spambots which tend to hit overnight. You can report them, but no need to report each and every post when there are a ton. The mods and WMs will catch it. There was quite a bit on a multiple forums this morning.

Thank you. But if I/we don't report it, you would catch it anyway I am assuming. Or question, do I/we bother reporting it.

Yes, it will be caught and removed whether reported or not. If found on a seldom-read forum, it just might take longer.
