Sorry for the long rant.
My Daughter is staying at the International Palms Resort Orlando for an Anime convention this weekend (Memorial Day weekend). She booked the room for Friday Saturday And Sunday nights checkout Monday.
Well today is Sunday and house keeping showed up at her door telling her its passed checkout she needs to leave the room (this is the first time she ever stayed in a hotel alone) She called me up she was distraught i told her call down to the front desk it may be a housekeeping mistake. So she called the front desk they said no mistake today is check out. She has a printout of her reservation that says Monday check out. She tell the man on phone he says well come down later we are to busy now(I was always taught take care of issues before they get worse). (She is now afraid to leave her room fearing they will remove her belongings) so I call get same guy on phone I am livid at this point (yes I raised my voice at this point I am aware its not his fault). I ask for a manager he sends to an automated menu with every option but manager
. I hit 0 get back to him I ask for a manager again he transfers me to a girl in reservations. I believe she took care of it but no one there could explain to me how she was charged for 3 nights on her credit card but had a check out date after 2 nights when all the paperwork she has says 3 nights. Sorry for the long rant i am just very annoyed at the moment
