Disappointed with cruise & Disney's "customer service"

I think Disney at least owes me some compensation for the bad experience which leads to my other issue.
I don't think Disney "owes" you anything.

Now, it would be nice if they would respond. It would be generous of them if they compensated you in some way (even a discount or upgrade on a future cruise). Butt absolutely no way do they owe you some compensation.
