Disappointed with CM at DS

Traveling with an ECV and got to the POP stop just as the bus was leaving. Art of Animation bus was just arriving and there was no line. Went there to get on the bus as there was no line. Attempted to get on the bus and the driver asked where I was going. Told him going to AoA then going over to Pop. Driver told me that they were no where near each other(did they move the resort) and needed to take the Pop bus. Did not want to start an argument. Think that he did not want to load the ECV. Anytime later when asked told the driver going to AoA.

wow sorry this happened maybe he did not now there is a bridge that connects the two.

Unless they are WDW guests who have stayed at PC and/or AoA, the bus drivers would have no way of knowing there is a bridge/path between the two resorts. He most likely thought he was saving you some time from getting stuck at AoA!

I agree.
The drivers know where the buses go. From his bus driving experience, they are nowhere near each other and he probably would not realize you can walk there.
