Has anyone else had a problem communicating with the WL Concierge Itinerary Planning Office? I've been trying to get thru to them since Monday - I've sent 3 e-mails and called twice (Left messages) - and still no reply!
This is the first time I've dealt with WL IP - I've had no problems with GF, Poly or AKL Concierge IP offices........
Does anyone have any idea what I should do at this point? DO they have a "Boss" - or should I contact the GM of the hotel??
