We just got back from the 12/5 Wonder and ate at Palo's the last night and loved it!! We had Dragan as our server and just fell in love with him. He made great recommendations and even brought little snippets of other dishes we didn't order for us to try. We didn't know what dessert to order, so he brought us his top THREE favorites!! We thought the food, service, setting and ambience was very nice and it was really a treat to get to try so many different things. How often do you get to do that at a "regular" restaurant??
Of course, I was not thrilled with the other restaurants on the ship and we had pretty mediocre servers I think (one was getting ready to leave in 1 month and looked not very happy the whole time -- made me feel so guilty!), so Palo really stood out in comparison, I think.
I guess it all depends on the situation and your particular point of view!!
