Dance he is adorable!!! :cutie: Congratulations! What a blessing for your family!!!

I'm thinking late in July? We usually take Josh's sister for her b-day, and that's when it is. That's tentative at this point of course, but we are gonna start nailing down some little trips like that before too much longer. What are your thoughts?

Can I meet you too if it's a date I can do? I am in Buffalo and it takes about 3 hrs to get to Cedar point, I think. I haven't been there in about 8 years!!

We're getting a sprinkling of snow right now! :cool1: :yay: Dawn, I know you can appreciate that.;) Us Southerners get excited at the sight of the white stuff. :rotfl2: :rotfl:

I'll give you all you want!!! Another 3 inches fell overnight! I am so tired of seeing white! I want green & flowers!!! :guilty:

I'm soooo done with snow.

I love watching the Biggest Loser! They are all looking so good!

Has anyone seen or heard from Sandy lately? I miss her!

I love the Biggest Loser too!!! DH laughed at me because I cried along with all the men! :sad1: Mark was the obvious choice to go home though. He looked awesome when they showed him at the end!!!
I want to be like them! LOSE BIG!!!

I am home today as I had a wisdom tooth pulled this morning and they told me not to go to work. I am numb still, but am sure I'll have pain later in the day. Soft foods for me today. WI on Friday is looking good!!!

I am off to update my TR and catch up on Wendy's.

Dance, he is gorgeous!!! Congrats!

DisneyGalUK, glad that you are okay!

Monica, .

I had a vile day yesterday, but still managed to eat right and even hit the gym for an hour between work and, well, work. I started my day with a 2AM problem call, and ended it with a 9:30-11:30PM conference call that was part of fixing the problem.

No snow here, but it has gotten colder today, highs in the upper 40s. Last Monday it hit 75 here. This has actually been quite a mild winter, even for us.

Gayle! I'm so glad you're back!

Yep, your socket will hurt like the dickins later. Have pain meds "on board" before the numbness wears off...or you'll be hurtin'!

Hi all,

Thanks to everyone for the well wishes! The earthquake has been all over our news today, thanks heavens there doesn't seem to have been any casualties, and most damage seems pretty minimal compared to what it could have been. All we suffered were a few upturned plant pots in the garden and books off the bookcase so im very thankful for that. I had NO idea what it was when it woke me up, and it was only when I turned on the news that I realised it was a quake, I would never in a million years have guessed that - I thought it was my boiler exploding at first :lmao:

Dance, CONGRATULATIONS!! Welcome to the world, Brandon!!

Dawn, God bless your sweet grandfather. All mine was concerned about when he was hospitalized was his cat. Of course his sweet, old companion is fine and enjoying all the extra attention he is getting from his various caregivers.

The good news is he said everything looked normal through the microscope, but he went ahead with it just to be sure.

It's always something when you can be sitting on the counter thingy with a blanket covering you from the waist down and your dr gives you a hug with your backside exposed.

Oh Joy!

I am glad that all is well and now you don't have to worry anymore. That is one friendly Dr. that you've got there...:scared: Mine didn't even hug me after I had my sons.

Whew, what a night. I was woken up at 1am by....an earthquake! It only lasted about 10-15 seconds but the house shook and bounced my bed away from the wall! No serious injuries and no damage thankfully. It was my first earthquake (and hopefully my last!) I think it was a pretty minor earthquake really, but for a country that doesn't normally get them...pretty scary!

 to everyone who needs it and :wave2: to everyone else!

:scared1: What a way to wake up!!! I have never experienced an earthquake and quite frankly, hope I never do. I am glad everyone is safe.

My eating has been very Peepish.... but we just counted and we are down to 49 days until the trip to WDW.... even if I lose 2 lbs. a week, I will just barely beat my goal of 30 lbs. So I HAVE to keep at it or I will have nothing to wear!! ..................................P

49 days....:thumbsup2 You can do it!!

UGGGHH!! I hope it isn't too bad.

I hope everyone is doing well today. Work is, well, work and I just had tomato soup and a grilled cheese for lunch. I should have skipped the grilled cheese but i was really hungry for some reason. It was on wheat so that cancels out the calories in the cheese...:snooty: Just a quick update, my grandpa and my aunt are both doing well so things are looking up.

I really like my dr. I'm glad I found him when I did. He practically jumped up and down when I showed up pregnant with Mal. There were 6 years inbetween her and Zach.

He would bring his young adult son to see my DH when he was selling in the stores at Men's Wearhouse. I think we have a nice friendly connection.

I wouldn't trade him for the world.

Works for me I'm easy!

The test was way better than I expected. I totally psyched myself up and almost threw up on the way over. What the nurse described on the phone and what I felt were 2 totally different things.

Just some mild cramping on and off, but I am fine.

The good news is he said everything looked normal through the microscope, but he went ahead with it just to be sure.

I'll keep you posted as things materialize. :thumbsup2

And I'm so glad your test is over and that all is well! :goodvibes

I'm soooo done with snow.

Has anyone seen or heard from Sandy lately? I miss her!

And I haven't, but I'd like to hear from her! I'm wondering when she'll be down here visiting her boys again.

Yeah! That'd be great! :) The more, the merrier. We didn't get to go last year, so it's been 2 years for us. And the last time I was there, I couldn't ride Millenium Force because the belt wouldn't buckle, but it was so close. And now I'm down 2 pant sizes, and by then I hope to be down 1 or 2 more, so I should be able to ride! :woohoo:

Glad you're OK. I've been down that road.

Hope you feel OK. Ice your face to keep the swelling down.

Just a quick update, my grandpa and my aunt are both doing well so things are looking up.
Glad to hear it!

Oh, what a day. I had a sub so I could run the science fair. I had to reassure about 60 kids that we wouldn't eat them alive. Some of the presentations were great; others, I had a hard time keeping my head off the table. My head hurt so bad by the end of the day:headache: I did not eat well. I had 2 pieces of pizza for lunch, and then I had to work late to get caught up. When I left work after 11 hours, I called DH and told him I had a Cold Stone Creamery birthday coupon burning a hole in my pocket. So we had ice cream for dinner, followed by salad when we got home. I did get on the bike for 40 minutes, which was remarkable because I felt like carp. I just couldn't let the day go by without doing at least 1 peepish thing. Now I'm off to drink some water before I get in bed, so that's 2. I don't want to have to hand over my membership card:scared1:

JEN....HOPE YOU HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY FILLED WITH SUNSHINE, PRESENTS AND QUIET, OBEDIENT CHILDREN.

Happy Birthday Dance.

Monica, glad the test went well. I can remember being terrified for that very same procedure. That kind of stuff never gets easy or comfortable.

Danielle, Cold Stone? Oh gosh, wish you hadn't mentioned that. That stuff is amazing.

I've been a very good peep diet and exercise wise. Melinda, I must admit, I do like how I'm feeling with the addition of oatmeal and flax seed to my diet. I think I really needed that fiber. I wish I liked oatmeal but it's getting easier. I just wish they could make it taste a little more like pepperoni pizza. Oh well, can't have everything.

Thanks, but that comment about pepperoni pizza oatmeal was hard to swallow.

I'm doing my part to help out all of the peeps. If you think you are hungry and drinking water doesn't work, then think about pepperoni oatmeal and "whoosh" appetite is gone. :rotfl:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DANCE!!

Hey Faith, I found these flax seed/oat/wheat pitas at Wal-mart that are only 60 cals... you might want to check them out. They taste pretty good, and can be used for pita sandwiches, or wraps, or even a small pizza if you add sauce and a bit of cheese and bake or microwave.

I have been doing fiber cereal for breakfast lately.
