Hi all
Down -.05 - not great (only a pound over the past month
), but the right direction at least. I start the Charlene Extreme "Lean" phase tomorrow, so am hoping for some big results the next 4 weeks! Measured myself and have lost quite a bit so not completely disheartened.
Yesterdays calories:-
B - 2 ounces Special K, small banana, 1/2 grapefruit - 300
Snack - strawberries - 50
Lunch - chicken noodle soup (homemade!) - 300
Snack - 1/2 mango, plus WW mini carrot cake - 200
D - Home made burgers, small bun, homemade chunky chips (fries!), salad, and a 10 calorie jello - 600
Drinks - loads of water and 3 cups of tea with 1% milk - 50?
Total - 1500
