I was going to post later but what the hey, I will post mid-day total calories just to stay on track.
B: Reduced Fat Toaster Scramble (160) and coffee
L: Wrap with tuna(120)/mayo(40)/onion to make tuna salad, flatout (9). Salad (100). Activia Yogurt (70)
S: Apple (50) w/ calorie-free caramel (not kidding about the calorie-free! yay!).
So far, 600 (wow!). Exercise, 45 min on the ellptical, 2.76 miles, 425 cals burned.
Any peeps have a good 600 cal or less dinner idea? I have chicken, veggies, shrimp... can stop at the store. I am thinking maybe parmesan turkey cutlets (250 in 2), fettucini alfredo hamburger helper singles (190 in 1), and green beand... any better ideas?
