Here's a little eye candy for those of you who are Captn. Jack fans! I was never a huge Jonny Depp fan but for some reason Captn. Jack does it for me! Normally I wouldn't be attracted to a long haired, tatooed, slightly feminine drunk, but I:love: him! This picture was taken seconds before he came over and caressed my face.............my kids teased me about my boyfriend for days after that.:rotfl:

I love nappy dread-locks, nasty teeth, look like they reek of B.O. and rum and dragon breath, more than slightly efemininent, drunk, pirates if they are Captain Jack or a reasonable facsimile such as the above face caressing pirate above! I would have turned into a TOTAL dork (from my normal "knid-of a dork" self!). He's probably just a gay CM dating Aladin (I heard a rumor)!!!

speaking of this topic, i think we sat next to prince phillip's boyfriend during the "dream along with mickey" show in front of the castle. he knew all the words to all the songs and even was sort of doing the dance moves with his hands while sitting there. and every time prince phillip would come out front or have a solo part he'd start screaming and clapping. too funny! :rotfl:

I heard he was dating Peter Pan!

Ok..I passed on the bag. Showed it to DH and he said he was fine with using his pockets. We only take tickets, camera and his wallet. (Can't wait until the kiddies come along!! :rotfl: ) I think he is worried about expenses for the summer. He's right. We don't need it. I can wait until another time. :wizard:

I got mine at a place near here that sells knock off bags...it was about $6. I may be heading there this week, want me to check for pink?:rolleyes1 This place is phenominal. They sell all sorts of stuff you dont know you want til you get there- hair accessories (which I need for my sisters wedding and the purpose of my trip this week), jewlery, bags, wallets...all of it looks exceptionally real. And they are legal and not sold out of the back of a van  If you ever come to Dallas, Sam Moon is a must see. Sammoon.com is their site but the store has SOOO much more.

Okay, I know Bee went on a cruise. Have any of you done one of the three or four day cruises? How old were your kids? Did you let them go off on their own? Mine are 12 and 8. We are looking at a 3 day cruise in October and then 7 days at Disney. Just wondering how my kids will like it. Bee said her girls loved it. Can they go to the kids pools without us? We have never done a cruise before and I am so excited!

Stacey we did the 4 day cruise when I was preggo with Joshua. Andrew was 10 and Katie was 7. They had a blast on the cruise. They were able to do most things by themselves if we wanted them to. We did not let them go to the pool alone but they could have. Andrew was able to get food and stuff by himself by the pool. We allowed them to check in and out of the clubs by themselves, but always had a meeting time and spot. We mad ethem eat supper with us each night--that was the only they they were required to do with us. Our family loved the games type shows they had each night--we really got into them. Please ask away if you have any questions.

OT--how many kids are you guys taking to camp? When do you leave. We leave on June 24th and I think we have 45 people total going. I am so excited, but soooooo ready for all the planning o be over. I have the final parent meeting next Sunday that I am trying to get ready for.

Hi y'all, kind of a flyby post tonight, just so ya didn't think I fell off the earth or anything.

Dh had a really bad day on Fri and we wound up in the ER Fri night. He wasn't given any muscle relaxers and they told him to keep taking the same pain meds he had before surgery. It wasn't helping him and after being unable to move all day, I had no choice but to get him re-evaluated. Thankfully it's all VA care so they had his records and called the surgeon to ok stronger meds. He's been so much more comfortable and can care for himself a lot better now.

We had our annual Memoral Day cook out today. I ate way too much, even though the portions were all small and I didn't have seconds. I'm getting much better at eyeballing portions and can tell about how much is 1/2 cup when I put it on my plate. I cooked about 4 days worth of food on the grill so we have lots to eat this week. We get two days of surf n turf and I made pulled pork......yummy!

I'm looking forward to a bit of a lazy day tomorrow. I have to finish my scrapbook pages so I can get my books in the mail of Tues and I want to clean my room a bit. We're supposed to be gong to me grandma's wedding at the end of June and I have quite a few things I need to do before we go. I need to get moving or I'll stress out over getting it done.

I'm about all done in. I'm getting my meds and calling it a day. Have a good night y'all!

Thanks for the offer but don't worry about it. I am hoping to get one before the Peep Meet since I won't have DH to carry all my crap around!! :lmao:

Food for today:
B-Princess frosted flakes, sk. milk, light OJ
L-Subway again, baked Lays, diet coke
D-steak, green beans, cornbread, alfredo pasta (when I make stuff like pasta roni or instant potatoes I always use sk. milk and FF margarine. I hate FF marg. but you can't taste the diff in mixes like that! :thumbsup2 )
S-3 cookies, diet snapple

actually, we did record the show and you can see the guy a couple of times in the lower part of the shot doing the moves! and you can hear him cheering during prince phillip's solo parts. i don't think he's captain jack....he was asian and had a fauxhawk!

Well you never know what they can do with make up these days! :lmao: You should put the video on youtube or something..............I really want to see it!

Funny Punkin! It was a show within the show. What a bargain!

NOT PETER PAN!!!! I love Peter!

You guys HAVE to wait till after allllllll the credits following POC III are done! There's SO much more! When me and Misty went, we left after we thought the credits are done. Oh no. She went to see it again with her family and said there's some COOL stuff after! Crap! I want to go see it again now!

Hi Peeps! My report cards are DONE!!:cheer2: :cheer2: Now I just have to put grades and attendance on the cume folders on Tuesday and I will really be done! Take a look at my ticker....I am finally to the point where I am thinking next week at this time I will be... I can't wait! We went shopping today and I picked up the last few things that I needed and I finally found a pair of jean shorts. We were going to see POTC at the drive in this weekend but it has been raining! I want to see it before we go. I was never really into Johnny Depp until these movies came out. What is it about a pirate with eye liner? Out of the Ocean's 13 guys I have to say it is Brad Pitt all the way. I hope everyone is having a nice weekend!:goodvibes

OMG, I hate people's nossiies when eating. DH eats very loudly sometimes, especially cereal. EWWW. Makes my skin crawl just thinking about it!

Alli is an over the counter version of Xenical or is it Meridia? Not sure, but an over the counter version of a prescription weight loss drug. I have heard good things about it, but probably only because I choose to only read the good stuff

My DH eats really loudly too... makes me almost ill sometimes!

Hmm Alli.. need to go look it up.

hmmmmmm.....johnny or orlando??? both, please! but i'm telling you, during that last scene (and i won't go into details because i don't want to spoil anything for anyone) where orlando is "different".....oh my god......break me off a piece of that!!!!!!!!!! i looked at ray and said, "he's so hot." he just rolled his eyes at me.

i wouldn't mind if they got rid of kiera knightly for the 4th one. i don't like how she shows her bottom teeth when she talks and she's too skinny. seriously. she looks like a bobble head doll.

Orlando!! And I agree about Keira.

I have been a bit MIA this weekend... taking a slight computer break.

I did really well on the diet though, even w/ a baby shower yesterday. Ate lots of pineapple and veggies.

Sat numbers:
B: coffee
L: a chicken breast (180), half can black beans (165), salsa (5), half can green chilis (10), cheese (25), for salsa chicken
S: pineapple and veggies (50)
D: 3 mini cheeseburgers (375), rest of veggies, ff dip (150)
S: 1/2 cup breyers vanilla ice cream (90)
Total, 1050, probably closer to 1200 to account for baby shower food (had one bite of cake, one half piece cheese, a bit of fruit dip, etc.)

Sun numbers
Brunch: coffee, 1 cup diced potatoes (100), 4 oz turkey sausage (150), 1/2 cup eggbeaters (60), one oz 75% light cheddar(60), shredded, all cooked together, and 3 pancakes (240)
Dinner: 3/4 lb crab legs(90), 2 lobster claws (80?), 1 oz melted spray parkay (50), 4 oz lean steak (160), broccoli (30), and a salad (100).
Total, 1120. Exercise, 2 hours of mowing lawn and edging.

Hope everyone is having a great weekend!!

Okay it is 1 am here and I cannot sleep! DH and I spent hours tonight planning our next WDW trip. Looks like the week after Thanksgiving again! And guess what....We are staying at the Poly or the Contemporary!!!! On the monorail!!! Does life get any better. We are trying to take my sister and here 3 kids and Brian's parents. So there would be 10 of us in two rooms. Five adults and 5 kids. So has anyone stayed in either of these places? The Contemporary is cheaper, so we are leaning that way. Decided to put the cruise on the back burner for another year.

today was a fun day for me and my clan 1st we went to the zoo and had a blast there i stood on the scale there and it say's my weight was different then what i have been reporting i have lost 9 pds . i thought i had been loosing because my pants are falling off of me again if i sneeze :rotfl: i am gonna head to the gym and re-weigh me and see what it says sometime this week;) we also went and saw POTC again with the boys while lil' princess was at a sleepover and let me just say stay until the credits are over (completely over) or you loose out on a good part of the movie... i saw it with wendy but we stayed for a lil bit after and did not see anything so we left (about 5 secs too early) well it is late so i am signing off good nighty all . and have a great memorial day weekend.

Wendy It was me about the cellphone thing.
OMG! I just laughed out loud at work about Capt Jack's companion preferences:lmao:
Oh, Man! I gotta go see it again- I had to run out just as the credits rolled to make it to work on time-

pixie I'm a little scared: Me and my DD 15 have the same taste in men.

Johnny Depp is sooo HOT! I guess I go for the "bad boy" type -
We also go for Bon Jovi and Curtis of Take Home Chef- the Australian dude.

Movie popcorn popcorn:: is absoulutely FREE dont you know?!

We had lunch with my DH's mom and his brothers today for her 82nd B'Day. I married the baby of 5 boys. Although grandmother said she was only "28".

Safe Holiday to all.

We stayed at Contemporary a few years ago. We got a great AP rate for the garden wing. If we ever got a great rate like that again, we would stay there again. WE walked to Mk alot, as that was even faster than the monorail. The pool there is really great has those surprise shooting fountains. The kids loved the pool. THe only thing that was odd about the CR was that the adult guests didn't seem as friendly as at the moderates we usually stay at or as at the Boardwalk. It seems like I always meet friendly people at the pool at all the resorts, but not at CR. COuld've just been the mix of people the week we were there, but they seemed a little snooty.
