I was doing good but just so-so now.
B-Toaster Strudel, light OJ (has more fat then my bowl of cereal but I was hungrier for a snack an hour earlier!)
S-yogurt, 5 saltines, water
L-100 cal. cookie pack, canned fruit, diet coke
S-freeze pop, water
D-5 chicken nuggets, fries (all from my freezer), sk. milk
S-3 cookies
