Yay on the scale!! I have become really fond of sparkpeople... it keeps track of calories, fat, anything you want it to, and I am finding it really easy to use.
I am using hoodia too, well, the Mega-T Green Tea stuff w/ hoodia. It is cheaper and it really does seem to help w/ appetite and energy.

Today is a pack-the-grazing-bucket day. Here is my food:
B: coffee, 1/2 cup dry apple jacks (60)
L: LC Panini (300), salad (100), pudding (60)
D: Smart Ones Steak Tips Portabello (180) and Easy Mac (220)
Total, 920. Exercise, 1 hour of ice hockey. I will likely have a 100-200 calorie snack when I get home from hockey to get me closer to 1200.

Last night I had a sandwich - I was starving, we got home from the pool at 8 - I do love the Baked lays, and right now I'm able to eat just one bag - the cheddar onion are so fufilling of my craving! I do like the caramel rice cakes, but I dont have the chip craving satisfied - we'll see, I'm sticking to writing it down...
I also nibbled on 4 pretzel sticks - the Honey Wheat ones, good sugar rush!!
First time my scale moved south!! (only 2# and midweek - you do understand?!!)![]()

Ok...my 7 day disney vacation/4 day Nantucket trip back to back cost me my bling.... i knew I would gain and i actually put back on 3.8 of the 5+ i lost...but i am not too sad about it, since it was expected..and i am HOPEFUL that it will come off quickly, since i am not eating on vacation mode autopilot anymore...
