my ds' have not answered my phone calls... I just want to keep them safe... and happy... forever and ever!!

Just to clarify, my boys are at Univ of IL, I'm just a mom trying to hold her babies, adn they dont want to be held... well maybe... today anyway

You know as a mother you worry about your toddlers swallowing something or getting choked, then you worry about them when they get older and start driving, and you think you have "made it" when they go off to college. I guess we will never stop worrying about our babies. I can't imagine what these families are going through. It is so sad.

I think your wedding was beautiful.. I am sorry I have not been celebrating your wedding. I am too sad.. with my upcoming anniversary and all. I have been thinking about my wedding day a lot lately. Those were wonderful times and I am very happy for you. I would love to feel that way again.

Maybe someday, I will.. Just know that I love you as my fellow peep and I am glad it was a wonderful day for you.

Just wanted to share my good news with the peeps...I got hired today by one of the people I was talking about this weekend She only wants part time for now, which is perfect for what I need, and wants to bring the kids to me, and will pay me what I want. It is a few more hours than what I had before so that is a bonus! More $$ for Disney. And once summer hits she wants me full time, and on into next year. The best part? She is NORMAL (at least so far) and her kids were so sweet. They played with DD for a bit and were having a blast. Even cleaned up the toys before they were leaving.

So, just like you all said...something better came along and I am better off. Still irritated at how I let that other lady treat me, but that is my issue I guess.

Congrats! So glad you found something better!

Geez, I quoted myself! Maybe I'll do it again after dinner! Just keeping myself accountable, one meal at a time!!!! This is a one meal at a time battle.

And someone asked about my hair. I have highlights and lowlights. I LOVE my stylist! I have followed her from one salon to another. She moved to Florida for a few months, and I was so lost without her! Her prices are really reasonable too! And we just gab and gab while she's doing my hair. She's great!

So, just like you all said...something better came along and I am better off. Still irritated at how I let that other lady treat me, but that is my issue I guess.

I asked! Your hair color is great! I have brown hair and I have gotten highlights a few times. I haven't had them done recently and I am thinking about going back soon. It is too bad your stylist isn't closer!

to Dance on the new job!!!

My DD made it back to North Carolina safely today (in record time - I try not to think about how fast she must have been driving ) . It was so nice to have her home, even for a short visit.

My heart is going out to the families of the students and faculty at Virginia Tech. I don't think I can watch the news tonight after the week I had last week.

Tomorrow is the start of a new WW week. I'm going to suck it up and start over tomorrow, since I know this week was probably a total loss. I've already braced myself for a gain on the scales.
