DISappearing Peeps...A fastpass to THIN! Part 3

Okay so I'm sitting here trying to decide what to have for breakfast...and that got me wondering and that got me to the computer...:surfweb:

what do ya'll eat for breakfast?

i have a few choices: bacon and egg beaters, half piece of high fiber banana bread, half piece of high fiber apple bran muffin or low sugar apple cinnamon oatmeal. i have IBS and if i don't get my fiber in the morning, i'm in big trouble for the rest of the day. :scared: oh, and i always drink cranberry juice, too. it's the one time of the day i get to drink anything besides water so i take advantage of it! if i want something warm i drink decaf coffee - i can't have caffeine because i'm taking a fat burner and it has caffeine in it. i know a lot of people eat yogurt for a low calorie breakfast, but i HATE yogurt so that's not doable for me.

by the way, they had a low country boil at that party i went to last night. for those of you who don't know, a low country boil is basically a big pot where you boil potatoes, corn on the cob, sausage, shrimp and sometimes crab. i ate some and on top of the spinach dip and the prickly pear cooler i had, i think my stomach went haywire because it hasn't had that much food in a very long time!!!! i'm so regretting it now. that'll teach me to cheat! :sad2:

Hi Nsalz I didn't realize how much I have changed until I saw those pictures.
Yesterday I went shopping with my mother. I tried on a size 10 dress and it fit. okay breathing was a little optional, but it looked good.:banana:

Since I missed my WW weigh-in again on Tuesday and didn't like what the scales said yesterday, I will post next Friday.

Good morning. I will not be around much today. I had my Sleep study last night. But between all the probes and wires and things up my nose I could hardly sleep.In the middle of the night the plows were soud loud and beeping in the hsp parking lot that I could not sleep so I will be needing a little nap here soon. Have a good weekend:)

A little late, but... Raisin Bran or Grapenuts with skim milk... I've got Kashi Go Lean Crunch, but it "bloats" me so I rarely eat it... sometimes I have multigrain toast with reduced-fat peanut butter, sometimes yogurt with fruit or nuts... sometimes boiled eggs... sometimes I make omelettes with green peppers, onions, and mushrooms... or scrambled eggs and veggie patties on the weekend... on rare occaisions oatmeal... sometimes fat-free cottage cheese... this morning 10 grain toast with a wedge of Laughing Cow Light

Cute dress! I had a long story to go with it, but suffice it to say, don't mistake it for a coat when you come into a warm room. :blush:

Not much talking here last night! Everybody watching the basketball tournament?? Heh. :rotfl2:

DH and I finally talked about a Disney trip this year! Every time the kids ask if we can go back, I tell them to talk to Dad....he's the only hold-out. So last night he asked me if I had already booked the trip. I told him "no" and that's the truth. (But we're only 10 days out on our 180 day window!) Anyway he hates Disney but said to book it if that's what we all want to do. He'll go! YAY! :cool1: But it really all hinges on free dining. If there's no free dining....we won't go. We can't afford to feed the crew at Disney otherwise.

DD13 has to be at a dance competition in 45 minutes. Plus....Gotta go to work today and make those quiches.

Yeah, I was watching the Illini lose! :headache:

I am also a little late, but I usually have Quaker weight control maple & brown sugar oatmeal and a Dannon light n fit yogurt smoothie. Some days the yogurt gets replaced with a whole grain english muffin w/ some honey or sf jelly if I'm in a hurry. Today though, I had Activia light yogurt & a bowl of Fiber One cereal w/ 1% milk.

I am the same but I had a bad week and actually expected to be up so I will take it. I am going in for sleep apnea test overnight. I am a little nervous. Mostly because I have to drive in a freakin blizzard to get there;) Have a good weekend! Happy St Paddy;s day:cool1:

My dad has sleep apnea. He used to fall asleep on the phone talking to me. He also fell asleep every Sunday in the choir loft. We really worried about him driving. But now that he has a breathing machine at night he is much better. Hope it goes well.

My coworker and I are turning 43 soda bottles into cute rabbit easter baskets for our four year olds. After we finish that, we will help our director paint 140 flower pots! Yes that is 140! :eek: One for every child in our program. That is going to be there "goodie" for the end of the year. Anyway, I will try to check in when I can, but I am gonna be really busy for the next month or so.

Can you send me a picture of these? They sound cute.

Not a big breakfast person, but I know it is important. So lately it is either cereal, peanut butter toast or oatmeal (the cinnamon roll flavor is very good! - for oatmeal). I was reading in a magazine that you should eat at least 250 calories for breakfast.

Hi all!

So, today DH asked me to clear some photos off one of our laptops. (We have 2 laptops, a desktop, and I have a 500 Gig external hard drive for photo storage.) See, last time we went to Disney, we took the laptop that I was keeping photos on (the one with the smaller hard drive - what was I thinking?), and we FILLED it! :scared1: I had to burn DVDs while at Disney to make room for more photos and video! And we still have video on our hard drive camcorder, so he wants me to make room for them and get the photos moved somewhere else in the process. I had also planned to vacuum, finish my TR, work out, do laudry, and Dis before he got home at about 5:30. I don't think that's gonna happen. So, I am transferring files to the external hard drive now and DISing. Gonna go fix me something for lunch. What is everyone else up to? (Can you tell I'm bored waiting for files to trasfer?:rotfl: )
