Have a great day.

I love your shiny new ribbon :woohoo:

An "afternoon encounter" ranks up there with shoveling! I think I will go find our shovel and break it! The snow will eventually melt right?! :woohoo:
Dawn it's good to have you back you're so funny and brighten everyone's day! :cool2:

25 pounds total!!
Whooo Hoooty for a great weightloss this week, well done peeps :thumbsup2
Anyway...gonna go get hit on by toothless men who think rubbing their bellies is a sign they are in-heat! Not at all interested but last time I went out there...there was a man who literally laid on the floor looking for attention. If
I was single...which I am not...was looking...which I have zero interest in...and or part of a mentally handicapped tribe of Zimbabwean women who have not seen a man in 38 years...I still would not go...
"Hey baby...yeah you...the one on the floor...writhing around in everyones shoe waste and grime...yeah you...hillbilly to the stars...wanna neck?"

I mean seriously for my poor single friends out there...I suggest they stay single. Unless they are looking for a Swifit. Then date-away.

otherwise...good friends..good laughs...get in the best shape of your life and STAY AWAY from the light...it is the strobes bouncing off his gap..the one from his middle tooth. No...that is not a bat...that is his hair actually hanging on the side it grew from.
:rotfl:

WOOOHOOOTY I finished that stupid stats assignment! I have not done that much math and hard thinking in at least 10 years! My head hurts and I am going to bed!
:woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

Hey I know its not Friday anymore but here is my weigh in stuff
0.6I did better with the water than I used too, but still not great. One day I did have 56 oz which for me is ALOT!! Got off my exercise routine- So I know what I have to do this week. And UM- I will take the "no cheat" challenge. I'll do one day at a time- maybe I can have more than one day by the end of the week.
See YA!

Okay so I have just seen the funniest movie ever...it was Wild Hogs with John Travolta and Tim Allen...OMG I laughed from start to finish...very much a GREAT time out!!!

Oh good! I'm glad to hear that, I really waant to see it and I have the feeling you and I have a very similar sense of humour. (I spelled it that way for JO!)

Hey, I forgot to tell everyone, my DD got hired at our local amusement park as an entertainer/character. She'll be dancing in a show, and then spending some time as one of the Fairly Odd Parents or Chuckie Finster. This is her first real job, and we are all excited. Maybe she'll go on to be the real skinny Minnie one day!

Hope everyone had a good no-cheat day. It really helped to put me in the right frame of mind.

Awesome. tell her congratulations and WOOO HOOOTY!

GOOD MORNING, EVERYONE!!! :sunny:

I hesitate to use the word "peep" as it seems to have a different meaning around Easter time. I do love those little sugar-coated-sugar chicks.

Thanks for the birthday wishes. I woke up late today and am feeling kinda lazy. DD13 had 2 friends spend the night so I'll get to entertain that gang this morning and we will be spending the afternoon/evening at a dance team competition. (Is there a big-whup smilie?) Anyway.....thank you, thank you Jo & Pixie.

HAVE A GREAT DAY, EVERYBODY!!! :flower3:

drats you fix the errors and loose the pix

Thanks for the welcomes back guys - and for worrying when we dissapear!
I had a pretty good day yesterday: no cheating UMama! And Is tarted today with my South Beach plan - scrambled eggs topped with cheese, but I can;t go without caffeine in the AM, so I did have 1/2 a cup of coffee. As I recall, Day 1 wasn't so bad - but watch out for me come day 6 or 7. Ive been told my sarcasm reaches ever increasing heights as I diet!

CONGRATS to all on losing another 25 pounds - WOOO HOOOTY!!

Happy Birthday, Melinda!!!!!!:rockband: :cake: party: :jumping1: :bday:

:thumbsup2 CONGRATS ON BEING A BIG LOSER (meant in the kindest way) :thumbsup2

Isn't it funny how that's become a compliment! I'll take it!:yay:

Okay so I have just seen the funniest movie ever...it was Wild Hogs with John Travolta and Tim Allen...OMG I laughed from start to finish...very much a GREAT time out!!!

:scared1: HARLEY went to a movie about motorcycles!! :moped: I thought you HATED those things! :lmao: Seriously am glad to hear you liked it... the tv was on and some critic said it didn't really "work"... but I'd rather listen to a real person's (even if they are imaginary ;) ) opinion... I don't exactly have movie-critic-taste in movies if you know what I mean. Sometimes funny is funny and action is action and I don't always require a high-brow plot with "artistic" cinematography. Although, I do love movies with accents... LOVE me some accents... 'specially those British Empire accents. Ear candy!

Happy Birthday, Melinda!!!!!!:rockband: :cake: party: :jumping1: :bday:

I so agree! Happy B-day Melinda! Do something for you today just because!

And as far as the accents.....LUUUUUUVVVVV those! I was voted most likely to marry a foreigner in High School because I was the goodwill ambassador to the foreign exchange students! Okay, that sounds really bad and no I was not the UN ambassador...just the girl who would show the Swedish/Brazillian hotties around and answer all their questions, as I gazed longily into their mouths as they tried to ask where the boys bathroom was. My boyfriend all through HS was from Canada and he and I would fly back and forth every other month to visit. Ehhhhh....

True Story...I was once proposed to by Simon LeBon from Duran Duran fame. He never got back to me on the whole exact date of the wedding thing though. I always wondered because it may not have been,
"Dawn, your most beautiful creature on this earth, will you be my bride?"

Rather it may have been,

"Dawn, you are the worst stalker I have seen since birth, if you don't leave me alone, I will stab myself in the side."

Not quite sure because they sound the same from 100 yards getting chased by security.

One last note...I am not being prejudice here...just stating a personal preference...but I never dated any exchange students with heavy Asian accents. (Once a hottie whose mom was Phillipino...Dan Samian...if your out there....Heeeeyyyy!) But anyway...the whole Asian accent always sounded like my name was Dong not Dawn and that was such a mood killer and Deal Breaker that I could not get past the introduction.
Maybe if I had been a Sue...it may have sounded like Roo, and I like Winnie the Pooh so ya know....just putting it out there.

Much to do today, but first I wanted to say a few things:

:rockband: :cake: party: :bday:
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MELINDA!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!

Congratulations to our BIG Losers...Dene, Lynda & Dan! WTG!:thumbsup2

There was talk yesterday about LA Weight Loss & Jenny Craig, so I thought I would interject my experience. I have done both...with success. LA Weight Loss had WI 3x's a week! Too much! They started with 3 day "cleansing" diet, similar to Atkins, then a diet to follow, but snacks, shakes and other "fillers" to buy. Yup, I spent alot, but I did lose 30lbs. (Of course, I gained it all back & then some!) Jenny Craig you bought a weeks worth of food, about $125-$150 per week. Yup, lost 30lbs there too and proceeded to gain it back as well, and then some! Bad thing with JC was you didn't learn to eat, just follow their plan. I kick myself now for all the money I've spent and I'm heavier than I was when I did those programs and was "fat".

You crack me up! :rotfl:

My thoughts on LA Weight Loss. There is a teacher at my school that has had great success with this. So much that others have looked into it. Here is what they founf out--b/c I was interested after all. You sign a contract--yes, for 52 weeks. You could go for less, but they do not reccommend it. THe actual plan is not expensive---but in the contract you have to purchase a health bar of some sort---it is VERY COSTLY. If you do not purchase this then you cannot do the progam. The could even finance the bars for you--sorry not going into debt over a bar. THe place here--was not friendly and made you feel like scum if you decided not to do the program. Yes, they do guarantee the loss---but that is a high price to pay IMHO.

I will just monitor what I eat---On Monday DH will no longer be traveling--at least not until the end of August--so we are going to start walking together with the kids 3 nights a week.
