I've lost 1lb again this week so I'm happy. :thumbsup2

You have a Cadbury's expert here. :rotfl2: The gooey ones are Creme eggs the hard ones are mini eggs! If you ever come to the UK you must have some Cadbury's chocolate because it does taste so much better over here, don't know why and I'm not biased but it does!

ils?

I'm planning on visiting the UK next spring! I'm soo excited. My dh has been promising to take me there since we got married 14 years ago! Maybe we can arrange a mini peep meet! I love cadbury's chocolate, so you'll have to tell me which ones to try!

After the last 2 weeks, I"m not even sure what I weighed last time! Maybe it's selective memory.. Anyway, I don't know what I did.:confused3 So I guess I won't say untill next week. I think I've lost brain cells!

Thank YOUUUUU! I was being inconspicuous and invisible!!!! I'm back on baby!

Again today:

2 eggs, broccoli, lil lf cheese, V8 juice

small handfull of plain un salted peanuts

That zero points Veggie/cabbage soup (NO barley), 1/2 T. Parmessan cheese.

1/2 aprx. LF cottage cheese

TONS, or should I say GALLONS (probably close to 1 1/2 gals!) Crystal lite!

That is it, I swear. NO ZOMBIE bites! No grazing. I feel alot better.

Have I told you guys I LOVE YOU?????
I totally would have given up. F-a-i-l-e-d yet again!!

I'm not caught up on reading yet but wanted to post.

This week I done 380 sit-ups, walked 11 miles and lost 3.4 pounds.

Congratulations to all that lost weight this week.

Hiya everyone, I have been slightly MIA this week.

I GAINED 2 lbs, I think mostly because I wasn't following the thread this week and I REALLY need to find someone other than my DH to hold me accountable for my eating and excercising..... any volunteers ? I will "buddy-up" with whoever wants to be buddies. I thought DH would be a good person, but he uses his Drill Seargent tactics too much on me when it comes to this kind of stuff, and to be honest.... he is MEAN  when he gets like that, I totally feel for his soldiers, he turns that off before he comes home.

Anyway, once I could eat real food after my dentist gave the okay Tuesday I ATE and ATE some more. We have been semi busy getting stuff ready for our upcoming "Surprise Lexie, you're not 7 yet but we're going to Disney again" trip ( we have told her she has to wait until she's 7 to go back) Caylin dd14 is NOT going this time, my sister had asked her about babysitting over Spring Break for extra money before we planned this trip. It was supposed to be a surprise for BOTH girls and Caylin overheard us and said she really didnt want to go this time, :scared1: and that it would be cool for Lexie to have her "own" trip like she had when she was little. So after MANY discussions and "are you sures?" we changed our ressies and secretly booked a trip for just Caylin and I in September to celebrate our bdays, but after about a week I gave in and told her, and she's so excited. We ahve had so much fun planning OUR trip. So, the past few days DH and I have been getting ready for Lexie's trip and have eaten out more than we should have. Oh AND we bought a new SUV, I traded in my 05 Mustang for a 07 GMC Envoy, love it. So yes, meals this week have been fast quick ones. BUT I promise I am being good, now. Today, I had 2 cups of coffee and a banana for breakfast with a side of glucophage (yes, I have problems wiht my blood sugar, thanks to PCOS) for lunch I had a bowl of cheerios ( I LOVE cereal, LOL) Dinner tonight will be a salad with grilled chicken, and the kids will have pizza ( my 10 year old twin DSS's will be here this weekend, and we have a Friday night tradition of pizza and a movie) I will be good and make my salad before they get back with pizza and be ready to eat it and not be tempted.

Okay, why is it that everytime I post on here, I write a mini novel? I think it's because since moving here I have not had very much "adult" interaction and I miss it. I am usually VERY active in volunteer organizations and since we are not stationed in a typical military situation it has been difficult. I am going back to school in April so I think that will help.

Anyway, I will SHUT UP and go make sure my chicken is marinating nicely and prep my veggies.

P.S. I found some very good imposter CROCS at Payless yesterday. I had my "REAL" ones on and could not tell the difference. I bought 4 pairs, right now our Payless is having the BOGO sale so it was like I bought 4 and got one free. I paid for all 4 pair what I would have paid for 1 pair of "real" ones. and YES, I plan on wearing them on my trip, WITH socks ( I don't like the sounds they make without socks, and when I used to wear them for work we HAD to wear socks)

okay, sorry I promise, I'm done, lol
Love you GUYS.... BIG HUGS to all

Congrats all you big losers this week!! :cheer2:

I stayed the same, which is not bad considering the week I have had. I am back at it again. Hoping to get more exercise next week to up the ante a bit. It was parent visitation week in the dance classes I teach. I hate parents week. I teach mostly 3 and 4 yr olds. Any visitor is a distraction, especially moms! It is so crazy and stressful...and so I stress eat all week to cope I think. I have been ok with the 'junk' but I have been eating too much in general, not logging my points, not even drinking my water! UGH! Such un-Peep like behavior! So now that this week is over I can get back on track. Seems like I always have an excuse lately. I need to work on that!

On the plus side I had 2 parents give me some really good compliments today after class, so that sort of helped to top off my week. Sometimes I forget how much I love teaching these little buggers until I am reminded how much the kids love it, you know?

Snowwite- Come here to vent! There are a few of us in the same boat, and we can vent to each other.

UM- I am so proud of you for admitting your crazy gain. Some people would not even post it, so :cheer2: (and I bet some of it is gone already. 7 pounds seems unreal!)

Wendy - It is okay! Most of that is probably water anyway! All that Crystal Light and some lemon and warm water - I bet you are down 5 lbs. in the morning!

Dene and Lynda - Love your new ribbons!

Allie - You will get yours back soon!

:welcome: to all the newbies!

Shannon - I hope you are feeling okay!

I will be at the church tonight until 10:00 - we are doing a parent's night out. If we feel up to it DH and I might go to a late showing of Music and Lyrics. I will check in later!

Im sick... i cant read about food... ok peeps ill be back later if I dont you know again. gotta run

Shameless bragging- My sister was on 30 Rock tonight! They cut some of her part, but DD and I saw her in several scenes. Her story is very inspirational-I'll share it one day.
dwheatl, CONGRATS to your DSis!!!

Kudos to everyone this week, whether you lost, stayed the same or added "fluffiness"!

Less of this this week, Peeps!

We're here to help each other!

Uma, you WILL walk off that water weight at Disneyland, if it's not gone before you leave!!!

WHAT IS THE RECORD FOR THE LONGEST NON-POST PERIOD??? IS THIS IT??? WAS THAT A TUMBLEWEED??? CRICKETS CHIRPING???

BRANDI.......I have the payless croc-a-likes and got a blister at WDW! I KNOW!! I thought they were perfectly croc-ish but wear socks at Disney anyway!

WENDY.........you don't have to whisper...it's OK! Stacey already said what I was thinking.....it's all water! Nobody can gain 7 real pounds in a week. It's the salt on those triscuits! Lemon water, lemon water, lemon water.....you'll be back to your "real" weight in a coupla days.

SPARKIE
....Make friends with fruit! Or salad! Cheeseburger is NOT your friend!!! :rotfl2:

SHANNON....Check in, sweet girl! We wanna know everything was OK today!!!

FIDGITTE
....I laughed but don't think I commented on your bullseye accuracy......"nothing sexier than a man working" and I would add to that "changing a diaper, a light bulb, fixing my car, playing catch with his son, taking out the trash, running carpool, and/or any generally helpful household thing"!!! So TRUE!!!:thumbsup2

I think I will have to check out that website Shannon was talking about just to keep myself sane for the next week! (Where was that post from Shannon again? I'll find it!) Oh my! It can't be what they are making it look like! It isn't logical at all. I don't want to say too much here though. I think Jo watches and is behind? Anywho, I CAN'T WAIT for next week!

I'll post it again. spoiler fix dot com and then look for grey's. I also get some gilmore girls spoilers here as well. And even though they are spoilers and I sometimes have a clue as to what is going on, I still get totally :scared1: when watching the show because I either forget or it happens slightly differently, etc.

So I SURVIVED! The teeth are gone! The dentist and nurse were really nice and sweet and didn't seem annoyed at all with my anxious chatting. It took him a couple times to get my IV (I warned him I have small veins) but it wasn't that bad actually. Then he gave me some meds to relax before the actual sleep medician. Next thing I know I was talking to the nurse, looked up and the room was spinning, closed my eyes, and then I was waking up and it was done! So relieved.

Funny story, I brought my ipod in case I wasn't totally out of it thinking it would make me relax and I just had it in my lap. Never used it. But apparently, I kept asking the nurse if I could turn it on :rotfl2: Don't remember any of that!

Although my mouth is pretty sore, can't really talk, and I have to keep biting down on gauze pads to control the bleeding and make it clot. And the dr called about a half hour just to see how I was and make sure I was doing what I was supposed to be doing. I go back next friday for my follow up. Did I mention that my dentist was pretty cute? Definitely on the younger side and if it weren't for my nerves I would have totally been swooning over him caressing my arm and telling me I'll be fine :cloud9: I'm also on amoxicillin, and the cheap form of percocet which is taking too long to kick in IMO.

Anyway, I can't believe that I am so wide awake! I feel a little wobbly but definite not ready for sleep.

I just wanted to thank you for your prayers and good thoughts and for just letting me talk about it with all of you  . I appreciate it a lot! :grouphug: :grouphug:

Oh and congrats to all the losers! :thumbsup2 And the samers/gainers :thumbsup2 to you as well for jumping back on the wagon and coming here to at least post your results!

45 1/2 Pounds GONE FOREVER!!!!!

Great Job Losers!!!!!! :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

Shannon, glad to hear things went OK. And that you felt good enough to notice the cute doc!!!

Remember to stay away from chunky food for the next couple days ;)

I went to the doctor with my DH for a fairly minor procedure today in case he didn't feel like driving home. It involved 3 pokes with needles. He did pretty well and felt good enough to stop at the outlet mall and a couple other places on the way home.

Awwww! We are all glad everything is fine!
How funny, your conversations with the nurse. I got "come one to" back in my dental assisting days by upstanding gentlemen!!!!:confused3 They didn't know!

Ok I am so mad. I am up 3 lbs this week! Last week I lost 3 and nbow they are back. I'm still at 15 total lost so I can keep my ribbon, but I'm at the same weight now that I was a month ago!!! I waited all day to post this because I was so upset! So thanks UM for being my encouragement to get back on the wagon...Of course now it means I have to give that box of Godiva chocolates (that I just bought at Barnes and Noble for 50% off) to my DH and DDs!:sad1: I can do this!!! right?

Congrats to all you losers!!!! And lots of :grouphug: all aroung, cause lots of you need hugs and as a thanks for all of you for being so supportive!

Well, it's after midnight in my neck of the woods. Since it is officially Friday, I'm posting my weight loss from WW weigh-in on Tuesday!

4 pounds lost!!!

(Was that big and bright enough for ya, Uma?)

I'm 1 away from my 10 pound ribbon.

I know Dene' was chomping at the bit like me to post hers too, so she must have had another stunning week!

-5.8 lbs

ok, this is a lot! But I have to give some "credit" to the fact that because of my teeth issue, I have not had much of an appetite the past few days and when I did eat, I only took a few very small bites of things. But I'm taking it.

Off to sleep...:cloud9:

Yep, yep, yep.... 8 lbs! :woohoo: Total now 36.4 :yay:

-6!!!

I can't beleive it!!!! I'm almost down to my WW start weight. I didn't do so well on that as you can see. Nutrasystems will be better!
I want to losse 4 more before Disneyland! I know it can happen!
You guys are great! My daughter wants me so i have to run!
I have been swamped this week!
Best of Luck this week!
You guys are great!!!!:grouphug:

WOW! CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR BIG LOSERS! :rotfl: You girls deserve this :cool1: and this  and this :woohoo: and this :yay: and this :cheer2: and finally this :worship:.

OK, if anyone is interested, the newest installment of my trip report has just been posted. Monica, I'm catching up! :teeth:

WHAT IS THE RECORD FOR THE LONGEST NON-POST PERIOD??? IS THIS IT??? WAS THAT A TUMBLEWEED??? CRICKETS CHIRPING???

When I first saw this, I read Cheryl's first. So I was like, well Melinda, I am pretty sure it is longer than 6 minutes. :confused3 Then I realized what happened! :lmao: :rotfl2: :rotfl: Okay, for some reason I can't figure this out - what does IMAO mean?

Still at Parent's Night Out. I've got to go clean! Then DH and I will have our late night date - if I don't fall asleep!

Don't want to talk about food today!!!!! Went to Chinese place for lunch - I was careful, but I did eat wontons (my favorite)!
