"myspace" - - I made it "private" I see "Tom" already butted in and is "my friend" (yes, I clicked to find out how he found me so quick, not a perv, but the inventer!! )i have a myspace page also have had it for a while pm if ya want to add me and i will add ya also..
okay i am gonna put my lil girl on here,
she is just 4 wks old and she is the runt of the liter we have officially named her Dazie Sue. she does not look like a lady

Disneyworld.com isn't pricing for 2008 yet so I picked a "value season" in 2007 to get a ballpark figure. $1100 sounds like a lot for 3 nights....no airfare. But I would love to treat DD to a mother/daughter trip before she moves out on me.

I'd vote for any and all... altho to have Smee and Hook, and not DD does seem ... sinful!! We did a Wishes Cruise one year (pixie dusted!!) It was AWESOME!! The Illuminations Cruise... I dont get, they cant drive, you sit in the bridge area, but if we're a Grand Gathering, that'd be different... can we bring wine???

Sandy......both the Illuminations dinner (followed by dessert buffet at that little private area down by the bridge near France) and the safari dinner (with private Kilimanjaro Safari ) are both 2 DDP credits or $60/person. The Wishes Cruise is about the cheapest thing at $40/person. We've got at least 5ish months before we have to get serious about it so just keep your eyes peeled for grand gathering info.

I don't even have a DH so he definitely won't be along. But seriously, I will more than likely be going solo so I'm really hoping for my sake that others are doing the same. I remember asking awhile back and a few people said they were going solo.

Pop totally works for me. Maybe those of us with APs and FL Res discounts could book more than one room to get it cheaper and then divide the costs...make sense? Man I really want to go! I better be able to.

That sounds like a great idea to me! I am set on going, even if it is alone, but no matter what I am going to be budgeting pretty tight for it. Any penny saved on the room is more I can spend on useless junk while I am there We stayed at Pop last fall and I liked it well enough. It is fun and cheap so that works for me. A grand gathering sounds so cool too! I bet we will be the only grand gathering who didnt actually know each other before we got there!

Thanks Harleygirl: The registration is not open yet but it will be soon and when it does we need to be ready because the fun run (aka the 5K) will fill up quickly - so go ahead and put back $30 now so you'll have it ready to send... When we see it open we (I try to check everyday) will post it loud and clear for everyone to sign up...Heres what we know

Check in is Thursday 1/10/08 during normal hours of the Expo and Fri a.m. between 6:00-6:45

Friday 1/11/08 is the FunRun thru AK - at 7:00 should take us around an hour to finish this, depending on the flow of traffic

Mousehouselover-I plan to do the 5K, would love a roommate and plan on being there 1/10-1/13. I'm traveling solo.

Aldisneygirl--I am still on the fence about going. Would run the fun run. I would also be looking for a roommate, if possible.

Dismom1961---I am planning on arriving at WDW on Thursday before the race(1/9?) and not sure if I am walking or running. Some of us have discussed doing some of both. I guess I will room with my DH since he is coming with me.

the Fidge I would like to atttend and will sadly need a roomie to afford it. I am also looking for one that doesn't snore. I asked Harley to return the fireman to room iwth me but I don't think she has any plan on returning!

Hello to my Peeps - this week was so hard in so many different ways. My father had 4 different appts with Dr's regarding the amputation he needs. So many more to come and I feel overwhelmed. I have been lurking but not posting. I try to be funny but lately - not so much.

As for food - I lost 5 pounds in the last week and a half, but emotional eating really overcame me today. Although I have a full blown kidney infection so that induces vomiting and I am betting nothing stuck. (No I am not advocating this...hugging Mr Clean is not sexy) I am trying really hard to take care of myself and finding that is not easy being the parent to 3 and my father. He is addicted to pain meds and not taking his depression meds so honestly, it is exhausting.

I go in the Dr. tomm morning to see if the meds they have given me are working or if my white count is still too high. If I go in-house I will be back as soon as I can to give ya the details. If I am not stuck in a white gown with a happy As_ flap... I will start daily posting tomm. I need the friends and the accountability.

Congrats to those having babies! It seems that this cold snap has people creating their own fires! Good for you...saves on the heating bill!

To those who have lost...I am so proud of you...the inspiration behind the loss is nothing short of becoming a better you for the rest who are blessed by your prescence! Every little bit counts!

Melinda - again, you rise to the occassion!! I also plugged in and couldnt get them to accept 2008, I forget what dates I did choose, but it seemed a lot less than what you found.. but I did room only, so that was around $89 a night... and I WILL DO DINING PLAN!!! (glutton!! I'm going to Canada!!)

Has there been an "official" tally on this week's weight loss? I may have over looked it.

Additionally.
Each week I'm setting a goal for the number of sit-ups that I do and the following week I'm going to try to beat my goal.
Last week (ending on Thurs.) I had done 215.
So far this week: 80

Have fun chatting and don't get to carried away. Just kidding. However, it does seem that when I'm logged off for a couple of hours and come back there is 5 pages to go through.

By the way, are there any NASCAR fans out there?
We are having some family over tonight to watch the Shoot-Out and I'm going to behave really well. In fact, I've fixed a low-calorie vegetable soup for us. And of course, they (meaning everyone but me) will have their usual snacks.

Why yes there IS a tally, sorry! I was holding out for some BIG loser....It was 44 pounds!!!!!! SHIZAM!!!!! That's MY goal weight loss, by the way. I wish it was that easy!

Okay first of all, 6 stinkin' pages since lunch time! It is like I can't leave my computer. I wanted to check in when we got home from Wal-mart, but knew if I sat down I would not get back up. So I did all my work and rewarded myself with some Dis time!

So going to Wal-mart for 2 hours, cleaning the house, cooking supper, cleaning again, and doing laundry may not have been the best idea... I am so extremely frustrated I hate not being able to do the things I need to do. So I am stuck back in the recliner with an ice pack and more Lortab! I am very afraid of going to the doctor and having him say my MRI was fine and he has no idea what is wrong - "Here is some more pain medicine." I mean on one hand I don't want there to be anything wrong, but I also know something is wrong and I want to know what it is. Does that make sense? Okay enough of that. We are watching Facing the Giants. Good but sad so far. DH is over there crying. Such a softie.

I am going to catch up now. I am dying to know if we ever figured out what Sandy's avatar was? Did Grumpy check in and wow us with his wit? I hope Winkers checked in. I have been praying that she had a good day today. So I need to go find the answers to my questions.
