I figured we were both typing at the same time
He showed me how to use all the equipment correctly... which muscles to focus on (like on one you pretend to try to crack a nut between your shoulder blades). We've also talked about cardio only vs. cardio + weights and eating healthy and burning out. Most of it was casual conversations... standing talking about how crowded/busy it was, walking the treadmill, etc.
So far he's also taught me that he's 34, he and his brother have a t-shirt printing business (he does training for the extra $), he used to be into body building... weighed 210 and walked funny, now he weighs 185, and he has an ex-girlfriend who has been to WDW but he has never been and would like to go.
He has dark hair, a moustache/beard combo, and piercing blue eyes... I have DVC... sounds like a match to me!
