Well, since I am UP 3, I am not going to post it in fun bright colors. But, I figured WDW would cost me about 5 so I'm actually ahead! (like that logic?) We are getting our elliptical trainer installed today, so watch out!

Okay, I have spent a large part of the day talking to my travel agent (whom I highly recommend - I will never do a trip without her again - she saved us like $300!) trying to plan a Disney cruise in 08!!! WoooHoo! I know Bee has done one, has anyone else. Bee, what time of year did you go? What kind of room? How many days? Did you love it!?

LOSS OF 3Good Morning all !!! Happy Friday!!!

Very happy no late night raid!! I was TOOO TIRED for the night before. Had a food hangover all day and it was very unpleasant! NEw day new outlook what a difference a day can make. DS has a firend over and she will be here till around 6pm. That is perfect for me. No school teacher in service today. I will be able to do things around house and DS and freind will be playing video games and board games today. Maybe she can do alittle macrame and he can pick a craft to do too.

WEll I started this month at 219 and I am at 206 now and really want to get under 200 199 will be good by the first week in February. I need ot amke this happen and have been very bleesed so far and know that it will tkae more effort on my part. My exercise commitment is falling away and I NEED to get off my duff and get moving and not with the colon blow either.

HarleyWould be happy tosing outside your building they would have to put on a radio or they will be calling the pound thinking there is stray cats!

That is what I need to keep repeating to myself today. The virutal model dorpped the box of GS cookies. Oh little funny for this am, was way too tired to tkae van to mechanic last night so dropped off there this am.

Am dropping of film tonight at CVS and will post recent pic tonight!

Will do 3 positive things for me today:

will drink my water
will exercise
will eat to give nutirtion not comfort!

So its all how I look at it!!

What exactly is traction? Why did she have to do it? My arthritis dr. can't seem to figure out what is wrong. Have a great trip!



What is potato pizza? Just drink lots of water and eat your colon blow in the morning!

I'm not 100% sure what all it entails, but it looked complicated from what I remember...

And potato pizza is the bomb - it has potatoes, bacon, cheese, and a sour cream and chives mixture on it...SSSSSSOOOOOO bad for you but, SSSSOOOOO Good!
 
OK someone explain to me.....I have not faultered from my diet...I have exercised...I haven't eaten much in the past two days because I have been sick.....and I still managed to gain 2 pounds. Sorry I just don't get it!:confused:

OK someone explain to me.....I have not faultered from my diet...I have exercised...I haven't eaten much in the past two days because I have been sick.....and I still managed to gain 2 pounds. Sorry I just don't get it!:confused:

Must be a family thing! I lost 2 this week but it doesn't count because last week I gained 2 (PMS) so I'm back at an even 15 lost. I was good this week too so I hoped to drop my PMS weight + another pound or two! I am so frustrated. I've decided it's because we are replacing fat with muscle from all of our exercising and the muscle weighs more. Still the same old big clothing size from 15 pounds ago too!:sad1:
 
Let's see, my goal was to lose 5 lbs and repeat the process 25 times, so now I need to repeat only 23 more times! (That sounds easier to do than to lose 115 lbs)

That's my grand total as well since last week was my first real week. I started off pretty good in the week, but I started eating weird the past few days and I don't think I got all my water in. I didn't binge but I stopped writing things down and not sure if I ate enough or too much. My usual weigh in has been Wednesday but I'm changing it to Friday so I can change my ticker then and be on the same page as you all.

Just wanted to say to those of you who are upset that you maintained or gained. You could be retaining water, built up muscle, or you could just be at a little plateau and will see a big loss soon! Also, it is possible that you are not eating enough. Like eating under your WW points because you think you will lose faster. Won't happen. Trust me. Happened to my mom all the time!

We can do it!

Update on my tooth, it feels better this morning but still I know something is wrong. I plan on looking into that whole sedation dentristy thing. And calling my dentist, etc next week. Prayers and pixie dust that everything goes well and pain free.

And I'm leaving for WDW soon! Just finishing up some packing and then we need to get dressed. We have to wait for my niece to get out of school before we can leave which I hate (I like to leave early), but it is nice not to be rushing around the house. Have a great weekend everybody - and a skinny one! I'll be back on Sunday!

I am going in APril but can't put it in siggie!!! DS will now its a sruprise!!! WE ar egoing to Riverside on 4/15 -4/22 YIPOPPEEE!!!

TO all those that gained.....any possiblity of water retention check your calenders!!!!!! It would not surpirse me one bit! My best week in WW was after 1 week of no chagne next week of a gain then BOOM!! BIg weight loss following week!

Chemistry is a funny thing!!!!!


DO NOT SURRENDER TILL YOU SEE THE WHITES OF THE SCALE STATE YOUR GOAL!!!!!!!

Lost 4 lbs.!!!!!

So now I only have one pound to go and I will have lost the 5 I gained at WDW! Still don't get how I did that - I walked like 10 miles a day!

I second that the tree of us should ge together. I love Crecent City--Corn and Crad Bisque---got have some.

Anyway we did the cruise in March '05 and it was 2300 for a oceanveiw and that was 2 adults, 1 junior and 1 child. When we were trying to go this March it was going to be 3300 for 5. Two inside staterooms--Both of these were for a 4 day. Now I checked with Disney for next March '08 and the same room we had for the one we canceled was already 4200. If I can find it about the rate we were going to pay (3300) for March '08 I would go in March. If not (insert evil music here) we are looking at Carnival out of New Orleans or Mobile. (Not my choice)
The school calendar should come out soon---and if it is the one I liked and voted on then you might want to hold off on your dates. As soon as they tell the teachers -- which could be as early as next week I will let you know.


Spongie---I am sending pixie dust your way--praying that the Dr. will have wisdom in this area and the test results will be clear.

If we went like the first week in May how would the park crowds be? End of October - I know weather is unsure, but hurricane season should be over right?

The curse of being a woman!! Hormones, water retention! But next week you will probably be down by 5 pounds!
 
Thanks for all the prayer for my hip. I really thought when I woke up this morning that I would be better. But it is worse. I stayed home today and I am in the recliner on my heating pad. If I don't move, it doesn't hurt!

Our youth group is hosting a big family service tomorrow night and I have so much to get done!!!! This has got to get better today!!!!
