@WebmasterJohn If the "lead" person on the registration is unable to attend, will the rest of the people on the registration form have any trouble picking up the their credentials from the Universal employees? Does the "lead" person need to be present for the others in a given party to pickup credentials?

Do you mean the podcast recording? If so, they won't be doing it. They couldn't secure a location for a reasonable price, so they decided to donate $10K to Give Kids the World instead.

Olivanders is a continuously running show. The Knight Bus is a meet and greet in London. Celestina usually plays every hour on the half hour, so I imagine she'll perform at 9:30pm, 10:30pm, and maybe 11:30pm.

It will make it easier on the USO employees if all guests, including the lead, are there at the same time.

All members of the party will be listed with USO under the lead guest - so if the lead is not attending the rest of the guests need to give the lead name and they will be listed a 'guest' of the lead name and will get their credentials.

Yes.

The actual resort you signed up for will have a pick up. This is true for all DVC properties where there are separate 'entrances'. For example Contemporary and Bay Lake Tower will be separate, Animal Kingdom Kidani and Animal Kingdom Jambo will be separate.

Boardwalk, Yacht Club and Wilderness Lodge will only have one pickup at the main entrance (where check-in is).

**Edit: I just read through and answered my own questions. Maybe the first page of the thread could be updated with this info though for other souls like me who were wondering

We have a few questions -
Can we park in the regular Universal parking lots for this event?
Where do we enter for the event? Main gate?
Main Gate
Is it a 9pm entry for the event? Meaning, if we go at 8:30, they will not start letting guests into the main gate at 9pm?
They will start walking people back to Diagon Alley at around 9PM - they have not told me when credential distribution will begin
Once we enter, we go straight to the WW area right? Will there be a second check in there?

Sorry, this is our first disapalooza and we've never been to the WWoHP before and we haven't been to Universal in years, so we are pretty clueless.
