Disabled wife with Lupas and DVT in Leg.

Is there any way we can come to Disney and get a vacation package for all except wife..IE me and my two kids get meals, and park tickets and wife will just stay in room while we go do our thing...We want to stay at a park resort....she really cannot get around but does not want to stay home while we go...

Everyone in the room must be on the same package. You could book room only and then purchase tickets for you and you kids, but then you would not be eligible for the Dining Plan. Dining Plan doesn't really save you money, but I like the prepaid aspect of it so we usually just put our dining money on a gift card.

You know your family situation best, so forgive me if I am wrong, but it sounds like your wife does want to be included by going on the trip. So find some ways to include her. Lots of people rent motorized scooters for a multitude of health conditions. That could always be an option so that your wife can be included. OR, do the dining plan, but come back and eat with her at your resort, one of the surrounding resorts, or Disney Springs! You would have a lot of food options to eat at. Depending what resort you stay at, your wife may find it very relaxing to be by the pool, the lounge, or even the spa. You don't have to do a package that includes park tickets if you didn't want to.
