Which dvc resort would be best to stay in for someone in a motorized wheelchair.

There are so many factors that could influence this choice, but I'll put in my 2cents worth ...

I would think OKW, just because of the layout and size of the villas. There seems to be much more room around the furniture and the kitchen is open on both ends for a "flow through". Also, the table is free standing with 4 chairs so, I would think, much easier to access. Please note that this is the case for the 1BR and 2 BR, I have never stayed in a studio or Grand Villa at OKW.

This being said, all the resorts have HC accesible rooms so you should be fine wherever you choose to stay.

OKW does have the largest LR/kitchen area by far. However, the only transportation to the parks is via bus.

Our daughter uses a power chair and avoids the buses as much as possible so BCV works well for her. She's even been known to go through Epcot to get to/from MK just to avoid the buses. The only park that she has to use a bus for (unless we drive there which we usually do) is DAK.

BWV has the same advantage.

Same here. I travel in a power chair, and do exactly the same thing. We only take the bus to DAK. The tie-down procedure on the buses is a pain...completely necessary...but a pain. I vote BWV or BCV.

Plus, are there not still several OKW buildings with no elevator?

There are only three buildings at OKW with elevators, but there are many ground floor and/or handicapped accessable villas.

I threw that out there that a lack of elevators just increases the possibility that your ground floor / elevator building request (not a guaranteed category) might not get met at check-in at OKW vs another resort where all rooms are elevator accessible.
