Was just there, and went through the whole Disabled Pass routine, and found out that there are THREE different kinds:
One is the "green" pass, which I had (from the US, and took the required less than 90-day-old MD note, stating my condition), was also asked if it was "temporary or permanent", and had to go the the Fast Pass person to have one hand written each time (some were 5 minutes later and others were for 4 HOURS later), was allowed to have my partner with me, and later found out that there was a little "Mickey" stamp the put on it which allowed me some additional perks.
There is the other pass for people with things like broken legs, which means that they can not exit certain rides if the need arises, and so they would not even be allowed on those, should they want to.
And the "pregnant woman" pass- it seems in France, there is a law that says that pregnant women can't be made to stand, so they also get to bypass lines!! The catch here is that they can only have ONE person with them, so if there is another child, for instance, that wouldn't work.
Not much of this makes any sense, and it is arbitrarily enforced- it depends upon who writes the pass, and who is enforcing the rules in areas such as parade viewing sites. One evening, I saw a man in a scooter told that only ONE of his 3 family members could be with him, while five minutes later the same CM let in a woman with 6 others along with her!!! The night before, there were as many members of a party as who wanted to come in allowed, and one of those very TALL, able-bodied men proceeded to stand in front of me, taking pics with his three cameras!! I had been on the bench for 30 minutes prior and can not stand up to view the parade. When I asked the CMs of they could please have the man move to stand with HIS party,, I was told that I SHOULD stand there as he had a right to be where he pleased!!!
Also, expect to breathe plenty of second-hand smoke while there, because they refuse to enforce the no-smoking rules (there ARE designated spots), siting France's rule which is supposed to say that people can't be told not to smoke outdoors wherever they wish!!
Let me just say that as a person with a mobility problem, I have NEVER been treated so poorly by CMs in Disney parks on 3 continents!! When forced into the back seat on a ride, which was impossible because of my knee-brace, and then seeing the vehicle in back of us go off entirely empty after I was told that I must sit where told, a man in Guest Services (his name in Alpha, so avoid him!!) took my handicapped pass, folded it up and told me,"IF you don't like it, fold up your pass and stand in the regular queue". Can you believe that????

The next day, I was told that was wrong (and the little Mickey stamp added to my pass), but, again, you really need to stand up for yourself at
Disneyland Paris!! They don't make it easy for you...
