Disability pass ??? Knee replacement

Hi, my mom has always done Disneyland and with her two knee surgeries has got a disability pass for the lines what will this look like now for her in disneyworld I know there has been changes to the system. What do I need to know? How does this new system work?

Yes, the card they had in the past was changed to the DAS (Disability Access System).
