I am looking at doing the CP for my last 3 elective credits (I have that and my thesis left woohoo!)

I do have some concerns though, I am physically disabled and am only allowed to work a certain number of hours per week, below their minimum, AND I cannot go over that.

Anyone else have similar circumstances? Were they willing to work with you? I took the hourly rate and figured it out, and I will make enough with my limited hours to cover housing costs, and have a bit of leftover money as well.

The programs require full availability, however if the hourly limitation is operationally reasonable (probably at around 30 hours a week), then they will probably be able to work with you. Be sure to ask about this during your interview. Keep in mind that there are certain accommodations that could be made to get you off your feet and still be able to work, depending on your work area.

Any accommodations will have to be approved by Epcot Health Services before they're implemented in your work area.

I am going to give them a call on Monday to discuss this, I just really didn't want to get my hopes up if it is not even possible.

I can give full availibility, but my weekly hourly cap is 25 MAX, ideally for me it is about 20.

I can see that possibly being a problem (because it may not meet full-time & full-availability hourly requirements), but it would be best to give them a call to find out for sure. Good luck!

I was encouraged to apply, so I did and I have my phone interview tomorrow. I'm hoping they can work with it and really just crossing my fingers right now.

Thanks everyone!

Hey! I think you should definitely interview and apply! I have a disability too, and I have been accepted for Fall 2008. Also, once you're accepted there is a medical accommodations form that you and your doctor can fill out to specify what you need. If you have any questions about it, I can tell you what's on the form.
Go for it, and good luck!
