Well, today is the day, huh? How is it going so far? I also follow the Atkins nutritional plan and I remember I was pretty hungry the first couple of days so I just ate everything Dr. Atkins said I could eat

Once you get into ketosis you won't feel hungry anymore.
I'm tickled that you are going to be part of my support group now. WISH has been a terrific help and motivation to me. I'll bet you find it to be helpful too. Participate every chance you get, it is so motivating for us all when you participate.

There are lots of WISHers following the WW plan you already have a group in place ready to share information, advice and recipes. If you need any help with the program all you have to do is ask, you will receive many speedy replies.

I follow the Atkins plan, too. I've taken it as my lifetime plan, it just happens to be right for me. Lot's of WISHers control their carbohydrate intake so if you have any questions about the plan or need any help at all, all you have to do is ask. You will get your answers quickly.
So you started Atkins today? How is it going? If you get hungry--eat, your appetite will fade when you get into ketosis. Honest.
You sound motivated and ready to go. I'm so glad you are going to be working your way to goal with the rest of us now. You are going to do great--I'm positive about that, everyone of your new WISH friends will be helping you do that.

My husband and I both follow the Atkins plan and he has seen many health improvements since he gave up refined carbohydrates. His diabetes is under control, finally, that is a blessing.
I'm glad you checked with your doctor before starting the Atkins plan. Now you can get healthier and not have to worry. You're going to be so successful, just wait and see.

Another Atkins follower, I'm glad you are going to be part of my support group now. You're going to do great. I've taken Atkins as my lifetime plan and for some reason it seems to be the easiest plan for me to follow. Probably because it's the perfect plan for <i>me</i>. When I took the WISH challenge I had about 80 still left to lose. Many WISHers started off wanting to lose 100 pounds some of us wanted to lose more. You are in good company

I think you are very wise to break your goal into smaller amounts it's easier to stay motivated and determined when the total amount of weight you want to lose doesn't seem overwhelming.
I'll list your plan as WW and you will be glad to know that we have some real WW experts here who are always ready to help a fellow WWer. You're all set and ready to head toward goal.

You may add the WISH member clipart to your signature if you want. What we do is begin with a <b>zero loss</b> no matter how much weight we may have lost before taking the challenge and then every time we lose 5 pounds we get to "trade up" to a new clipart. It's lots of fun and quite motivating.

The best part of WISH is our support group which is made up of men and women following just about every eating plan ever conceived. They are caring, thoughtful and helpful people and they have helped me be successful. Whether you need information, advice, comfort or just a smile they are here for you, always. All they ask in return is that you be here for <i>them</i> if they need help. So visit WISH as often as you can and participate as much as you can. It will help you and it will help your fellow WISHers if you participate often. No lurking allowed....I'm pretty sure that's in the WISH bylaws
