I think there maybe a connection to the tags ... I 'm at almost 2000 post and never turned DIS VET after getting mine!

Hhhhmmmm, well if I must choose between Veteran and Tags - I think I will keep the tags! They were the highlight of my year!

You do become a DisVeteran at 500 posts but it looks like your Mouseketeer is in red thus it's a tag. So the TagFairy needs to give you an uprade. Maybe she can come visit me after she changes it.
