For my item I set a round 1 top out and then if I still get beat I may be willing to set another on the last day. We will see how much I actually want it. One item I'm not bidding on at all until the last day because my fiance really wants it.

Boyfriend's flight just got cancelled and we can't find him a new one . Never been so depressed at the mk.

Being solo sucks. Just had an entire group push by me at the hm loading area like i want even there.

So sorry this happened. I've been solo @ WDW many times, and yes - it definitely can be very sad (especially if somebody you care about is not with you), if you look at it that way. I think that self focused rude group would have pushed past you in any case, 'cause it just sounds like they're rude jerks.

But - without sounding like Pollyana, try to make into a positive for yourself - as my friend here @samsteele has said before - YOU only have to focus on YOU, and do what YOU want, when YOU want. Can be very freeing and empowering, if you make it that way. Here's to hoping it starts to feel better (or that your BF gets there) soon! Hang in there!!

Going on a solo trip is one of the most freeing experiences ever. You get to move at your own pace and do what you want to do. Make the best of it! Go on an adventure! Besides, there's 500 or so friends heading down here waiting to see you!

Several DISers are going to Trader Sam's tomorrow night if you want to pop on over!

I think it is us Ohio State people because my flight to Vegas was delayed 5 hours and flight here was delayed 1 half! Hope you get here soon. I left Vegas at 9am and ran to Soaring to make my fast pass at 851pm! Going to bed. See everyone tomorrow!

My cousin had to cancel so maybe we can hang as I am solo too! I have reservationsat BOG Friday night at 725pm and then going to firework meet at Polynesia if you want to come. They are for 2 and now I am a one.

Thanks so much everyone . I ended the night with philharmagic and mini corn dogs from Casey's so it definitely got better.

He was flying southwest, their computers went down Wednesday and they're just a total mess. Many flights were cancelled Wednesday and Thursday. They couldn't get him on a flight until Saturday evening. Since this is only a long weekend trip that wouldn't have worked, so after lots of frustration and angst he booked on a united flight that arrives tomorrow at noon. Southwest will refund the cost of his original flight but we're on the hook for the expensive last minute united flight, bleh.

So sorry this happened. I've been solo @ WDW many times, and yes - it definitely can be very sad (especially if somebody you care about is not with you), if you look at it that way.
