Dis TICM Party!!! Pictures on Page 2!

Hey everybody. I haven't decided if I'm going to go through with this or not. It depends on the response I get. I'm thinking about having a gathering for Dis members who have the Coral Magic pin. Anyone from Dis is invited, even if you don't have the Coral Magic, but I would like everyone with the magic to use it at the same time, just to see how it looks.

I was planning to hold the party at 10 PM Eastern ( 9 Central, 8 Mountain, 7 Pacific) on either this Saturday or Sunday (whichever is most convenient for the most people) and then at 10:30, everyone that has the magic can use it at the same time.

I haven't decided which room to use yet but it'll probably be in the room I'm working on for Halloween. I'll bring in some penny presses and water fountains from other rooms for refreshments. Let me know what you all think.

Mnementh, I doubt it's lack of interest, more like people questing and frantically trying to get credits! That new "Mystery Box" hint is making a few of us nervous about our credit levels.

You both have good points. Though I'm skeptical that this mystery item will be grossly expensive, I can understand why some would think it will be. So in answer to that, I could change the date. However, that still leaves me with PrincessJen's comment. I really don't want anyone to feel alienated. I just thought it would be fun, even for people who don't have the magic, to hang out and talk and (for those people who have yet to see it for themselves, including myself) see what the magic is like.

I guess if this is going to make people feel left out, I'll just nix this all together, unless I somehow get a lot of positive responses before I check the board again tomorrow afternoon.

don't give up on this idea! I will be there if i am home at 7:00pm on Sat or Sunday. Just let me know the name of the room and which day. I think it would be cool. i was wondering what event or for what purpose i could use this pin i have been wearing now for three days.

It's good to see some positive responses, but I need to see more before it can be considered a real party. Also, post which day would be more convenient, tomorrow or Sunday.

If I get a bunch of "It doesn't matter" responses, I'll have it tomorrow.
