*DIS STROLLERSWAP II* -- Time frame for: DEC 2004 - MARCH 2005

The donated stroller is the original stroller from the first swap. The stroller is now the Eddie Bauer Model. Here's a picture & description:

Due to some extreme wear and tear on the donated stroller from goofy4wdw59 that was put into commision at the start of the new stroller swap, We had to dispose of it. Thank you to all who helped try to clean and repair the stroller.

We brought back the original stroller from the first swap. You can see this stroller by looking at some of the pictures posted or you can get a description by clicking the link above.

If there are any disboard members who may have a nice lightweight stroller that they would be willing to donate after your trip to WDW, it would be greatly appreciated. Contact myself or Goofy4wdw59 to make arrangements.

Also, the scrapbook has not been updated with supplies at all since the last stroller swap. If you would be so kind as to add a sheet of stickers, ribbon, or any small and inexpensive scrapbooking item to the bag that would be great! also, If you would like to write a page about you and your family, add some stickers, or just about anything you would like. We know your on vacation, but maybe you could just jot a little something during some down time.

RULES ARE LIKE THE PREVIOUS STROLLERSWAP--
Check to see if your dates are available. PM mkcp91 to be added to the list. ("PM" is personal message--just click PM on the bottom of the post)
Please contact the person before and after your swap date with NAME, RESORT (ONSITE), and a CONTACT NUMBER and plan your swap(s).
Then, PM me with the details so that we know where the stroller is suppose to be.
Please pass on the stroller CLEAN--the pad isn't removable for washing, but, can be wiped off with water & mild detergent.

Also, add a LIME green ribbon (for the DIS) and take a picture of yourself with the stroller. Please send your picture to KathleenFL to add to the picture strollerswap thread. There is a disposable camera with the stroller/in the stroller bag that swappers can use to take a picture of themselves with the stroller.
KathleenFL has donated a scrapbook that travels with the stroller. Fill in a page with whatever you'd like. There are some supplies with the scrapbook, and, swappers can bring additional items when needed.

It's up to the swappers if they'd like to pass on goodies with their swaps.

While we don't need to 'use' the stroller, if there is a time in there that the stroller doesn't have a user, I wouldn't mind "stroller sitting" til the next child comes along!! Hi Everyone!

Make sure you check your PM's (Private Messages) after you request dates for the stroller! You can set up your User CP so that you will get an email whenever you receive a PM.

Click: User CP (at top of page)
Click: Edit Options

then look for:

Send you an email when you receive a Private Message?

(Select YES)

Then hit the "Submit Modifications" button at the bottom of the page.

Is anyone keeping up with this list? I PMed mkcp91 last month that we will not be needing the stroller anymore (we are listed for 12/15 to 12/24), we're going to bring our own stroller instead. We're still on the swap list though. We're available to stroller-sit if needed, we'll be at WDW 12/12 to 12/25.

Hi we are booked for the stroller Jan. 2-7. How can I reach princess murdough who is on the sked before us. There is noone the week between us so I assume there will have to be some sort of babysitting arrangement, Sorry to bug you about this, but I am not sure how it works. I did contact the person on the sked after me and we are trying to make arrangements, but again there is a day between us leaving and her getting there...
Again we are at the BCV...Please any advise would be great.

We were scheduled to have the stroller from Jan 8 - 17, and I was told when we arrived that the stroller never made it to islhaven, who was there from Jan 2 - 7. So the stroller has been missing since the beginning of the year.

Thanks for letting us know guys. I was wondering why I never heard back about swapping for Feb 14-18th. Guess I will go try my luck at finding one at Walmart. Such a bad store. I always spend more than I should there.
