DIS Status

I've just noticed that I seem to have changed from a Dis Veteran to a Mousketeer??

Am I being slow or has this just happened recently?

It obviously doesn't depend on the post count since I have more than Alan but still rank as a DIS veteran. Can someone set out the criteria for this new status please???

Night- Train- I'm a Mouseketeer also so Dis Veteran must come somewhere between yours and Alans post counts.

And she thinks it is....

"Now we have "earning my ears" for new posters, "mouseketeer" for those between 100 and 500 posts (I think), and "DIS Cast Member" for those over 500"

It doesn't seem to follow quite like that. I'm still a DIS Veteran, and I've done more than 500 posts. Mind you I stayed a Veteran after "The Big Change" when others turned into Registered Users. So I'm obviously just stuck in a rut!!

I suspect that those who have already got customized tags (from the fairy, if they've done it themselves or if they've a DIS sponsor icon in it, etc) then these will not change. The software can only see 'virgin' tags, it can't see anything that's been manually over-ridden.

You might want to watch what you say about the Tag Fairy though, even I don't mess with her! She see's <i>everything...</i>
