I just read the rules, and I'm still confused. How are we supposed to know what to gift people if we don't know who the mule is? I'm sorry to be such a bother, but I would like to be absolutely clear on everything before I go ahead and do anything.

There is no need to get an attitude. Your rules are the same that have always beeen there and they say that we are giving everything to one person. I dont see any change to the rules. Also, why are we PMing you the name of who we are gifting? I just don't see how that will work.

that is why it will not work someone is going to get left out again I am going to say that this exchange is not going to work on many fronts.

Too vague and unorganized ....I know AvastBenpirate you are really trying but I think this task is just too overwhelming. I would not want to take it on because of the immense undertaking that it is.

barbie and master, i added ur vmk names.i want NOBODY ELSE MORE to join us. i have an even amount of people im set on.

now from everybody involved now, please post 5, 5 items you want in vmk, plz nothing like inferno, stitch etc.

also, im gonna be in this as well. so please everybody make a mule and pm me when u do so, but dont tell ANYBODY YOUR TITLE ON VMK!

ok I read this and you did not say what you think you did...you just asked that everyone not pick the same person, can I ask or are you going to get upset again but how is person A supposed to know who person B picked?

Again I think it is a Great Idea and everyone loves exchanges maybe you can partner with someone else and try again.

I do not believe anyone said you could not do it....what was said is that it would not work the way you are proposing to do it.

Maybe like suggested you rethink how you would do it or start a thread and discuss options.

If you do not want a large exchange be sure to up front limit your exchange to X amount of people. If someone wants to sign up be sure you include them on the list if they post before you close the exchange.

Take all names and match them to the people they will be gifting to.

arrange a pre meet so gifter and giftees can meet up and get on each others lists.

I know you really want to do it your way but aspects of your way just will not work.

I hope you reconsider and do the exchange just with a little more pre thought.
