Again while we( the Moderators) think your whole Secret Santa idea is a great one we are going to have to ask that you do NOT give all presents to one person....there is too many variables that play into that which would make that almost impossible to be safe and effective way to distribute gifts.

1. Possible ban of player who has gifts

2. Things come up and life happens so one person may not be able to fulfill obligations to hand out gifts

3. scam potential

4. hugh organizational effort

I know I would not want to be the one to hold all the gifts that is such a monumental responsibility and would take a amazingly organized person to pull it off.

We do welcome the whole idea of a secret santa or many secret santa organized parties but try and tweak your idea as to not include all gifts being given to one person to distribute to others.

ive been thinking, we should do a dis secret santa. not during on christmas day, maybe in november. i dont know if there was one of these in years past, but here are some rules i made up...

rules-

1) everybody has to register in a given time,( a week)
2) then everybody gets divided into groups with a certain number
3) use a number generator in vmk to decide which people shop for whom.
4) then go shopping, or trading
5) come back in a few days or so, then put the items in someone trustworthys room thats not in the competition.
6) tell them who gets which present.
7) person hands them out, and were done.

i wanna have about 12,24,36 people around there,but one of those 3 numbers for sure. then ill have a room with generators and later on ill have those people who want in come one at a time. then lets say i spin a 4 and someone else spins a 4, then without knowing the actual person, they buy for that person. then we get the mule and gather all the items. then on a day or night we get everybody who joined in a room then u get the gifts

as ive said before 24 is a good amount and i thank everybody for supporting my idea. like i also said, i want an even and somewhat low number. im asking for one gift per person.i also know that like most people, alot of people dont trust others in situations like this. thats why im asking just for a little help like someone trustworthy like me as well, a leader on dis or something. but im gonna ask for everybody that is already registered to do this, PLEASE PM YOUR VMK NAME ONLY! so then i can get you to be my friends and one by one spin a generator to see which gifts go to which people. im asking for someone trustful(leader, day one etc.) TO HELP ME WITH THIS. I CANNOT DO IT ALONE.
