Hey Mike, last week there was a home invasion that resulted in a stabbing death of a male in his 20s with one child tied up in a room and a baby left on the couch. Deb said this happened in Katy,TX. Did you here of it? That is my cousin's husband that was murdered and her kids. Just was wondering if you had heard of it and where it was in relation to you.

That senseless and tragic crime was in Katy, but several miles from us. The world is truly small when one of your cousins is involved in a crime that close to us. He was so young and we will keep the family in our prayers.

Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers.

Marie is my cousin, she moved to Texas quite a while ago. She married Russell down there, I never really knew him but met him a couple times. He seemed like a very nice guy and I never heard of him not being a good husband to Marie.

I feel real bad for Marie, her mother(my ex-aunt by marriage) has issues with drugs and has been a burden on them down there. Now she has no one to lean on that is blood relation. We are hoping she moves back here.

She is actually my step-cousin, my uncle's step-daughter. My uncle offered for her to move back up here to Indiana, he has plenty of room in his house for them. She has a step-sister and both a half-brother and half-sister here. We will see what happens. The police won't release the body for 2 weeks so I should start hearing more about that after he is laid to rest.

They think it was the old neighbors that were evicted because of Russell's complaints to the landlord about them.
