The DAS - Disability Access Service card - can be used for both SWGE attractions. You do need to join a Boarding Group for RotR to be able to use DAS.

Precisely. Join a boarding group. Wait for your boarding group to be called. Then go to the attraction and let the cast member know you have DAS.

Rise of the Resistance is the newest ride to open in Starwars Land in Hollywood Studio. It’s very popular . It opened December 5th
For this ride only you need to book a Boarding Group. You have to be in Hollywood Studios to do this. You book your BG on the My Disney Experience Ap.
The park officially opens at 7am (until 12/26 when it opens at 6am) The real early birds start lining up at 5am. They have be opening a little early at 6:30. All the BG’s are usually booked by 7:30.

Make sure your MDX app has been updated and when you open the app, you’ll see the Boarding Group info. It’s imperative that you join a BG if you want to experience RotR along with a DAS card.

You also need to sign up for the DAS. This can be done at Guest Relations at any of the the parks.

Speak to the CM who checks the boarding pass. You skip the caves, which is where the resistance has set up camp. That portion of the queue, without the ride breaking down, has been anywhere from no stopping til the first preshow is reached, at which point the reg line and DAS/recovery fp line merge, to around a 30mn wait.
