Yes, the production bakery is right behind Starring Rolls and Brown Derby. We produce the desserts for the entire park.

Just DHS. Each of the parks has a production bakery, and a few of the resorts have bakeries as well. We do cakes, but I believe just for people picking up at DHS.

So you were right Dana, most of my cake was Styrofoam. They gave me a diagram and hardly any of it was actual cake.

That's annoying I guess they didn't want to do rice krispie or pastillage for the shapes. How much did you pay for it, if you don't mind my asking?

That cake was $1500. It did come out looking really good.
