Dis Meet for Dis Marathon Runners...

Is there one planned already? I was wondering if a Dis meet has been planned for Dis'ers who are running the Disney Marathon in January?

There are some tenative plans. Kamy is in charge of planning them and the last I heard from here, there was supposed to be a breakfast type thing Saturday morning and somethign on Sunday evening after the half. i don't have any details on these things though- sorry. Some of us are planning on getting together at the Pasta dinner on Saturday evening. You're more then welcome to join us!

If you don't mind me asking, but what pasta dinner on Saturday?
Is there a thread started to which I can sign up for the meet after the half?

There is a pasta dinner open to all marathoner participants and their families at WWofS on Friday and Saturday. Last year the cost was 8.99/pp It includes Salad, bread and butter, chocolate cake, soda and Spaghetti and meatballs. It is an all you can eat deal. I just read that there is priority seating for this, but this is info from last years marathon- so I don't know if they're taking PS's yet.

Sorry- but there is not a thread for the meet after the half yet, but we do have a marathon training thread on the WISH board. We just post how we are doing with our training- the ups and downs- and would love another person to get on line with us! Please join us!!! It's a great support!
