DIS Ladies Only Trip 2007 WISH!

Kelly, that is the great thing about WW, you can working in anything you want as long as you plan for it. Pizza is not your enemy. Eating too much of it is. But a slice or two once in a while is not going to make or break your weight loss.

I'm planning out what I am going to have for lunch this week. I am going back to the Subway plan for lunch. Its easy, relatively inexpensive and I know how many points it is.

I don't think the scale is going to be happy with me this week after all the liquor I drank last night, but maybe it will work out ok. :rolleyes1
 
Rice noodles are noodles made with rice flour. I put too many of them in my soup. I have two containers of noodles and chicken to last me the week. I finished the cheese, so no more cheese this week.

Next weekend it will be me drinking all that alcohol and I have two nights to do it.

Hey everyone!!!! Kat, I think mine scale will groan from all that I drank! Cant believe I was able to walk... LOL the world had a slight spin to it. :D

Catherine, I think, but I don't know, that cutting out the cheese this week will make more than enough room in your calories intake for rice noodles so you will do great :thumbsup2

About the vacation thing, I really think I would have to let myself go and eat/drink what I want. Maybe by then though, my stomach will have shrunk so much that I won't be able to stuff it the way I imagine or I can just eat half of everything, app/entre/dessert. That would be plenty filling enough anyway. My garbage disposal husband would be able to eat the rest anyway and not gain an ounce. :furious:

Right now we have $80 in the main kitty and $45 in the mini kitty. If everyone who I have on my list right now stays in, the top will be $75, $50 and $25. If not, I will make up the difference. I was thinking how ridiculous I would look asking for a Disney GC for $46.67 :rotfl:

Tomorrow I will post the first mini-challenge. That will have three prize winners as well. Future ones may not but I think this first one would be good to have more than one person.

I'm not really sure yet Kat. It depends on what comes out for AP discounts or public discounts. They will be getting it for sure. They really like the idea of prepaid. It really helps with the budgeting. If a good AP discount comes out, I will get the DDE for my family. If the discount is good enough, it might be a good idea for me to book their room and have them just use my DDE. We will have most meals together... They will be on their own for maybe 1-2 dinners. :confused3

These mini challenges are a great idea Kat... they will really help with the motivation and be good getting people back in when they start slacking (that would be me cause I always come in like a lion, out like a lamb).

Tomorrow is weigh in day!!! I am nervous. I tried my best, and certainly better than I had been doing, but still not sure I lost anything.

I guess we'll find out soon enough.....

I did okay this weekend I guess, I didn't eat very much but what I did have were not good choices. I didn't have any deserts or snacks, just meals so I guess that wasn't too bad for my first weekend. I have noticed that I cannot eat as much as I had been able to so I guess my stomach is noticing the difference in my eating habits :goodvibes I don't feel like I have lost anything but I guess I will find out in the morning :scared:

Well we are all still here and still trying so that is definitely great! :grouphug:

Maybe I should try that not eating for a couple hours thing. I eat almost immediately after I get up.

For some reason since I told you I wanted to try this I can't stop eating and snacking. :confused3

I feel terrible. I still haven't gotten a scale to weigh myself.
