Dis junior meet and greet

Does anyone know the best way to meet the dis junior characters? We have a toddler and a 5 year old and don't want to spend too much time in a line and I'm pretty sure this one doesn't have fast pass privileges. We will be going right at rope drop as we are morning people if that makes a difference.

If you are up for a breakfast, do the character meal at Hollywood and Vine at Hollywood Studios. Our 4 year old and infant loved it.

Yep, the Play n dine at the Hollywood and vine. You meet Sofia, Doc McStuffins, Handy Manny and Jake, and get buffet breakfast. Sofia also does a M&G over by the Dis Junior Live.

If you don't want to wait in lines and don't want a meal the best way to meet the characters is to find their meet and greet schedule, and show up 5-10 minutes before their scheduled first appearance. You'll be first in line when the characters arrive. You'll find the dis junior characters over in front of the playhouse Disney theater in Hollywood Studios.

My 5 year old and 3 year had a lot of fun at the Hollywood and Vine Disney jr breakfast.

We met all 4 characters this way - Sophia, Jake, Minnie, and Doc McStuffins, and it was wonderful. Sophia had to "go feed Clover" just when we got to the front of the line, but it was shady and not a long wait. We had great interactions will all of them.

It was, but they took away the dancing in the middle of the restaurant piece when I was there last, which was a shame. Not sure if its permanent.

There are no fastpasses, which actually makes the standby line not too bad. Go for the meet and greet while a show is going on inside. The lines aren't too bad then. As soon as the show is over, then the line swells.

We were there today and met Sophia, doc mcstuffins, jake, and Pluto at Hollywood studios meet and greet area. We were there about 10am and the lines were very short- probably only waited 5 minutes each character. After that we went straight to see buzz and woody and the wait was about 25 minutes for them.
