I know i'm a bit late this week with the health check in, but hey you know what it's like!

So this week I have tried to be good and follow my eating plan, but I'm not sure exactly hpw I have got on. It's weigh in tonight anyway so I will soon be able to tell you!

I have bought myself a new Mini I pod to listen to at the gym, last night I put one of DHs Ministry of Sound CDs onto it - all very clubby and jumpy aroundy dance music. :bounce: :Pinkbounc any way it got me going and I ran the fastest ever on the tread mill!!

I am trying to go to the gym 3 times a week and now that DH is working nights I am in no rush to get back to an empty house so that is another incentive to go. :crazy:

SO how have all you guys got on this week? Any hints or tips or favourite receipes?

My personal favourite low fat treat are Snackajacks. Has to be Salt n Vinegar flavoured though. If I close my eyes and concentrate really hard I can almost convince myself they are crisps ;)

I stayed the same this week :( According to the Slimming Word lady I am not eating enough!!

I didn't get my silver 7 though:( i really wanted my 7 this week but I KNOW that I WILL get it next week!

Kaylee the I pod is great, I have only got 81 songs on it so far, I wanted to get some songs put on while I was at work because it takes quite a while and if I left it under my desk I would have 1000 my the end of the day. But the software crashes my computer.:eek:
 

I'm still doing really well. Have nearly completed the Stay Off The Scales Challenge on the Wish boards and have been swimming every day. Think I'm fit enough to embark on another course of exercise, so tonight I am going to a spinning class and then if I'm still standing going for my usual swim. The gym that I belong to has a spinning class every night and spinning burns 14 calories a minute, so this is something that I really would like to get into.

Hoping to have a nice large weight loss to show for all my hard work.
 
Had a good week this week - I've lost 3lbs!!!!!! That makes 18 lbs in 5 weeks!!!!!!!:yo-yo: :Pinkbounc

Still a long way to go though - plus we're going to southsea for the weekend so might put on a bit........................I promise to stick to 'healthy' stuff wherever possible!!!!!!!!

Of course you can join in!! There's no need to join a class unless you want to. You can just keep a track of your own progress and post here to let us all know how you are getting on.
