Hi guys! It's that time of the week again...... already and quite a lot has happened this week!!!
Firstly! I was very happy to find that I had been tagged again! The tag fairy is everywhere! Ha ha! Then I thought that I was getting a cold so I haven't been to the gym nearly as much as last week ;) good excuse eh!

Yesterday I went to my local Toby Carvery with my best friend who's BF is treating her like rubbish so I felt compelled to eat and help her along the road to happiness!! I had a carvery, chocolate fudge cake with Ice Cream and then a fresh orange juice with bits!!! I think I used 20 points up on one meal! I said to myself that I wouldn't need to eat for the rest of the day.......but I did!:rolleyes: 2 apples, a chocolate croissant and a flake dipped! But I am convinced that I have started my metabolism off and I will have lost lots of weight this week! Never mind the dinner!!!!!!!:teeth:

How have you got on this week?
 
After my great start last week (losing 3lbs), this week has been a disaster. Following the news from my doctor that I have to stay off chocolate, I have been making friends with bags of Jelly Babies. Thankfully I haven't put any weight on - I just stayed the same.

Hopefully as it's a new week, I can start to be good.

Well I went out for a meal on Saturday night at a friends and it would have been very anti social to refuse to eat what she'd prepared (how does anyone else get round this?)

I had a "few" ;) bourbon and cokes on Saturday night too and spent all of Sunday fighting a craving for chocolate and fried food:teeth:

I managed to eat a couple of low fat chocolate bars which wasn't quite as good as a Cadbury's Dairy Milk ;) but stemmed my cravings!!

i'm sure you'll all be alright when you get on those 'dreaded' scales::yes::
altough saying that i have been good all weekend but spoilt it today:rolleyes: i went out for the day to hampton court and in the tea rooms was lots of cake and not much savoury (well you were ok if you liked soup)so i just had to be social with the rest of our party and eat cake and quite a bit of cake too:earseek:
my weigh in isn't untill friday so i have a few days to make up for it::yes::

Well I have been trying to make up for all of the bad things I ate and drank last week. My weigh in is on Wednesday and I really hope I haven't put on too much wait....we will see!!! :)

well my weigh in is tomorrow, and the cream donut i had today spells weight gain, but hey i have been doing 10,000 steps a day

Well I got weighed this morning and I am pleased to say that I have now lost 27 pounds, and I am so happy! I have been doing the 10,000 steps a day program and eating healthy and its working. I have just changed jobs as well and theres a swimming pool right next door so I am going to try swim 3 mornings a week hopefully

just thought I would share my happiness

I had lost half a pound at weigh in yesterday!!
DM had lost 2lbs and got her 10% keyring from the WW leader, we couldn't stay for the whole meeting last night so he has promised to embarass her by presenting it to her next week infront of everyone!:teeth: I love been an annoying child sometimes!!:smooth:
 
I put on 2 pounds - that's not too bad considering what I ate last week!!!! Not to get rid of it LOL :teeth:
 
i lost a measly 0.5lb... oh well only got 4 weeks to go so hope to lose abit more hopefully. it seems to be coming off sooo slowly, must be my age!!!(41)just...:crazy:

I've lost 6 pounds. Have been sticking to the promise that I made that I would only weigh myself on the last Friday of the month and it seems to be working.

Have really stepped up my exercise routine over the last two weeks as well. So sitting here feeling really chuffed with myself at the moment.
