DIS Health check in W/C 11th October
Well this week I have been a good girl!! DH wanted to go out for dinner on Saturday night, but I managed to resist!! We stayed in and I made pasta bake and we shared a Weight Watchers Pizza. Yummy!
I havent managed to go to the gym this week, its been a busy one! I had to go for a minor operation on Wednesday last week but now I have some stitches in my back so I cant shower!! Imagine going to the gym and not being able to shower afterwards!! Well thats my excuse anyway!!!
Well I had my weigh in last night and all this deprivation seems to have gone to plan!! I lost 2lbs!!!! YEY!! How pleased am I?!?!? I am going to try and be good this week to get rid of another 2lbs, then I have two weeks ish before our trip. I hope that with the Huuuuuuuuge amount of walking that you tend to do around the parks I will be ok and not put much on. My mom got her goal weight and got WW gold membership which was ace. The leader embarrassed her loads!!
Does anyone know if there are scales in any of the parks that I could weigh myself on once a week just to make sure that I dont put loads of weight on. (really just want to keep an eye on things!).
So how have you guys done then???
