Afternoon everyone

I hope that you have all had a good week. I haven't lost anything again this week, but I haven't been trying to. Somehow 2 weeks in my caravan in 5 weeks time just doesn't seem to motivate me to lose weight

I hope that you have done well with your weigh-ins, and I think I need to go and book another WDW holiday

Only one pound this week which averages out at a pound a week for the last month - very slow!!!!! But better than nothing I suppose!!
 
Hi I've fallen completely off the dieting bandwagon at the mo but don't worry I didn't hurt myself - I'm too fat, I bounce :rotfl2:
 
Only one pound for me too, it seems to take forever.
Mind you I was good all week and totally destroyed it with a cream tea in Shrewbury when we were there for the weekend in the motorhome.
We're off for our 2 weeks summer holiday in the motorhome in 12 days time, so I know what you mean mandy when you say there's no motivation.

Well I have started my new campaign of not being weighed every week! My next weigh in is in 3 weeks time but I was good last week (dietary wise, LOL) but did have a week off from the gym as my silly Fitness Club had ended :teeth:

I was pleased with myself tonight though as went to the gym (first time for a week) and did longer, steeper, more time, more resistance on the treadmill, cross trainer and rower :)

Motivation is so hard :( I know what you all mean!

Well a great week for me and totally unexpected as I lost another 3lb, which takes me now over the 1 stone lost mark :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

Still hoping to lose another stone before my WDW trip in 6 weeks.

Sadly Im the same as Carolfoy and my diet has gone completely out of the window!! Ive only put on a pound tho, think all the badmington Ive been playing has helped. I have restarted today tho, Im giving the Paul Mckenna programme a try, Ive heard great things about it. Basically you can eat whatever you want as long as you are genuinely hungry, its what you really want to eat, you enjoy every mouthfull and you stop when you are full. Oh and you have to listen to his hypnotising CD every day!

Trouble with me is that when I am enjoying every mouthful, I don't stop when I am full, I just carry on stuffing my face!:rotfl2:

Well done everyone, I have stayed the same but my clothes seem to be a bit looser, or is that wishful thinking!:rotfl2:

Well done everyone who lost and stayed the same. I realy enjoyed my food while we were in florida and the diet went right out of the window. One of the first things i did on saturday morning was weigh myself and i was very shocked. I have only put on 4 lbs. This was the prefect end to a more than perfect holiday. I am slowly getting back to the dieting now but finding it hard as i now have the holiday blues. I spent alot of saturday crying :rotfl: So this led me to the kitchen where i found anything that was bad for me to cheer me up :teeth: We are now deciding when to book for next year now and thinking about october. plenty of time to loose the extra lbs :rotfl:

We went out for a meal tonight and I was a little bit naughty with the food and drink but then unexpectedly met a group of old friends and we spent the next 2 hours in the pub downing several gallons of red wine - but we had a hoot - we laughed so much and it was just a great evening - so I'll have put at least a stone on at the next weigh-in - but it was worth it!!!!!
P.S. - I missed the last bus so had to walk home - does that make it ok??????????????????????????????????????? ;)

I've lost 6lb in total now, after really trying the last 3 weeks. (don't ask about the first 9!)

I went back to the nurse last week and after all that she didn't even weigh me this time - typical!!!
 
Well done Sarah - it's a pain having to diet isn't it? One of the friends I met last night was raving about the GI diet - she's lost 2 and a half stone on it since last October - is now 8 and a half - I'm incredibly jealous!!!

I've just got into my holiday shorts for the first time since August 2002!!!

To say I am delighted is an understatement. So even though my weight loss had stopped (hopefully it's restarted now ;) ) I am as pleased as punch :cheer2:

Netty - don't worry, hopefully next week will be better :)
 
Sorry to hear that Netty - but next week will be better!!! Forget about it and start afresh from tomorrow!!! Having been out for a meal on Monday and again tonight that's what I'm telling myself!!! ;)
