It's easier to have a routine at work.
I have a big bowl of cereal for breakfast.
An apple, a banana, 3 satsumas, a School Bar and a low fat biscuit during the course of the day / lunch. Then tea time is a low fat meal with a packet of Snackajacks & a Muller Rice in the evening
Weekends I am hungry all the time and want to eat!!
