Me too :(

It's easier to have a routine at work.

I have a big bowl of cereal for breakfast.
An apple, a banana, 3 satsumas, a School Bar and a low fat biscuit during the course of the day / lunch. Then tea time is a low fat meal with a packet of Snackajacks & a Muller Rice in the evening :)

Weekends I am hungry all the time and want to eat!!
 
Yes, weekends are always hard. Just treated myself to two Cadbury 'mini' Creme Eggs.

Snack a Jacks (jumbos) are my favourite night time snack too!!! Cheese is my favourite flavour!!! :flower:
 
And it won't be long before the Creme Egg McFlurrys are back in McDonalds - I really can't resist them (and won't !!!)
