How is everyone getting on this week then?

I am struggling a bit, really craving some chocolate - so I might treat myself to a nice bar at the weekend LOL!
 
Boots do some really nice very low fat low calorie choccy bars. Alternatively (for those of us on low fat diets) a Fry's Turkish Delight isn't too bad as an occasional treat :)
 
I am in town on Saturday I think I will have a look at those :)

Going on the about of Oranges I have eaten this week - I think I might look like one soon!
 

i am starving!! we have to do a 2 week quick start diet and i can't even have alcohol or fizzy juice!!!! i know it will be worth it but when 2 people in the family decide to get a take away you really want to scream!!! but i was good!! i came onto the computer and got more good tips for our hol!!!! i have a box of worksheets to mark but never mind!!!!!!

Finding it very hard today...........PMS is creeping in and so is that chocolate craving!!!!! :rolleyes:
 
went back to WW today and i need to lose 21 lbs :guilty: still it has been six years since i got to goal......that florida holiday in nov and xmas in dec just did me in :blush: :blush: :blush:

oh well let battle commence :D

I'm desperate for a nice cold glass of white wine! Haven't had any since 1st January and last night I really, really wanted one but I was good and didn't give in.

Why do so many of the good programmes have to be sponsored by wine companies :rolleyes:

Hi all :) I managed to put on 7.5lbs during our Orlando trip and Christmas - funnily enuf, hubby gained the same, weird huh? Anyway, we were back at SW last week. This week I lost 5lbs and hubby lost 4lbs, really chuffed. I am aiming to lose the other 2.5lbs next week to get back to my pre-Orlando weight. I have a good 8 stone to lose and I'm aiming to be either at goal or as close to it as possible by next Christmas.

I have been doing really well this week but my weight los seems to have slowed down. I have been craving chocolate so last night i had a triangle from the toblerone we have left over from xmas :blush: We shared a triangle last week so its been open a week and only two pieces have gone thats a miracle in this house :cheer2:

I had to walk to work yesterday too as the car started to make strange noises so we put it in the garage staright away... the ht leads had gone means nothing to me :earboy2:

Despite a really bad week at work I've lost three pounds this week! Have discovered Weight Watchers Eclairs and Mini Rolls this week so it feels like I'm still having the choccie.

Trouble is, hubby and the kids (all skinny little things who eat constantly but always stay stick thin! :confused3) have also discovered them and are also tucking in!

Keep up the good work everyone, its not easy but it'll be worth it in the end.
