The Dis'ers are so AMAZING and so GENEROUS! It was so nice of you to have this additional contest on the boards since so many were not able to enter the one on VMK. CONGRATULATIONS to all! The creativity and imagination you all have is really beyond words. I hope princess (princessmadiro)gets to visit some of these rooms in VMK. She loves seeing how different they all are. (and she loves meeeting all of you!) Great prizes!!!!!! It's especially nice that everyone was able to get a prize that participated. Thanks again for sharing and for the great contest.

Just want to say thanks to all who donated those GREAT prizes and A HUGE thanks to Aengus for setting up and organizing the entire contest...maybe you should ask Yavn for a job? lol I think this contest went alot smoother than the VMK one!! Although there was only about 1/10 of the entries lol

First, thanks to the Dis Boards for having this special contest for those of us that were not able to participate in the VMK contest. Mod's and Judges please know that the time you spent on this contest was appreciated. To the general Dis Community, Wow! you really did come through with fantastic prizes. Thanks for your generosity. I really love my prize. And I think it is great that all participants will get a prize. Woot!

Thank you to everyone on the DIS who helped make this contest for us who did not make it into VMK's! ​

I was so disappointed when I found out I missed the VMK registration, especially after all the time and energy I put into my room. You all deserve a huge thank you. I appreciate all the awesome prizes donated, the work the judges put in, and the time spent by those who put the contest together. A big round of applause to you all. What a great place to be a part of.

My room is open for about an hour more tonight (I've been there all weekend for anyone going around visiting). Maybe I'll even get a sympathy visit by one of the Hosts if they finish all the registered rooms. I just got a visit by someone who said there are still unjudged rooms out there.

I can't believe I won! I'd really like to thank aengus and all the unnamed volunteers who took the time to judge and got everything organized.

Sorry I didn't see this thread yesterday, I was busy trying to play ghosts like everyone else in VMK.

As a judge, I can tell you it sure took awhile to judge. I thought it would be fairly easy. Look at the rooms, choose in one sitting! But as soon as aengus sent me the link and I got my first glimpse at all the rooms, I knew it would take me some time to judge.

Congrats to all of you for putting together some WONDERFUL rooms! We have very creative people on the Dis.

And if I enter a future Dis competition, I sure know I have some hefty competition ahead!

What great rooms! This contest is just one example of the many reasons I love participating on these boards. I loved how everyone pulled together to give those who didn't get a chance to do the 'offical contest', a fun and rewarding experience. Speaking of rewards ... what awesome prizes Dis peeps are always so generous it just warms my heart to know there are so many caring people out there. Thanks to all those who made this possible
