Tara would like to do the eco tour as well, but we just booked one double for Steve & I.

The DCL floor CMs really do bookings and don't really know much about the excursions at all.

We were also shocked that it was Carly. We really thought it would be either Brooke or Jason...


I have officially decided that most of the DCL CM's don't know diddly about the excursions. I called to ask about the single jet ski thing to see why it doesn't show as available for booking. The girl says it's still offered but it must just be all booked up. I was like every single jet ski starting at 12:01 on day 90 was booked up on a double dip?!? She was like well, the suites probably booked them all at 105 days. She was like you could reserve two doubles. I'm like NO. I don't think so. I'm not paying double the price for our third person! Why would we want to pay $160 for two and $160 for one? Hello.

Alright, enough ranting for now...

How could they leave Brookie and Dreadhead? Carly wasn't long for the competition but she was way better than the other two IMO. Our hometown girl did pretty well though. (The tats kinda creeped me out though)

I thought it should have been Brooke and David A. in the bottom two. She's really not suited for a big stage where she can fall apart every night. And he forgot the words... AGAIN!

I much preferred Jason's take on Memory better than a Diva one. I like the mellow vibe and hair doesn't bother me at all. Just b/c it's dreaded doesn't mean it's dirty.

I don't think I'm going to really miss Carly, but I'd rather not hear Brooke again. Ever...

THE HUSBAND's were the creepy ones! Why would you ever, ever, ever put them on your FACE?! I agree tho - she couldn't pull the tat off with her clothes. I think that was her problem with her dressing. That one night a few weeks ago where she wore that fushia or red whatever sleeveless top with the roses going around the neckline! OMG. That was disturbing to look at.

I don't know about the eco tour either. We would like to go 'cuz we think DS would like it, but we're already signed up for a lot of stuff. If we went it would have to be in the afternoon on the last CC day of the 4 n. We will likely not book it tho just 'cuz of the extra money.

Speaking of money...and other excursion type things to spend it on...have any of you ever done the couples massage thing at Serenity Bay?! I have never had a massage in my life. Not sure how I feel about some stranger touching me...I think that runs almost $300...is it worth it? Do you tip on top of that? And what do you wear for such a thing!? Just curious....

OK, Im freaking out here... DH's brother, who we don't really talk to and we thought was out in Colorado showed up here tonight. We havent seen him since MIL's funeral almost 4 years ago and there was bad blood then and for a while before. Hes called us maybe 3 times since. Hes been talking to DH for over an hour now. I'm staying down here in my office (I did give a quick hello to him), but Im dying to talk to DH to find out what the heck is going on???

Hey ya'll...just home from swimming...about to go watch TIVO'd stuff...lots & lots of stuff now on Thurs nites....may save McDreamy until I'm not so sleepy...

Well, DH's Grandma died today. They really thought it was going to be Monday nite - his Mom called & he went over there with all the Aunts & Uncles (I think there like 8 of them). But then she kept hangin' on so he came home around 1:00 am. Every day they thought it was gonna be the day. (She'd been unconcious since the weekend.) Anyway. She's gone. I think the funeral will be next Tues.

CamColt Give us the scoop tomorrow! DH's Dad's side of the family up in MI is sorta like that. We never hear from any of them. Or rarely. Only if they need something. Like money. Or a place to crash. I am waiting for DH's Step Mom's son to call and say he's on his way down with his family. They come to DC every May and the past 3 years have called like a week before and asked to stay here. It's almost always on Mother's Day Weekend. ANYWAY, hope everything's OK with the BIL...

The prices are a little high on DCL if you haven't noticed. I love having a stranger rub me (especially if she is hot and has an accent, preferably British, South African, or Australian). You do tip on top of that. Tip is discretionary but 10% is customary. You might not feel comfy going au natural on round one but if you have no problems in that regard, go for it. Be free lady! You have a towel draped over your parts so there is no issue there.
