alright. since everything's done online now DCL reps don't really know jack squat. the girl said the system wouldn't let us book more 11:00 slots than what was available. so I guess everybody needs to look at their reservations & print it all out to bring. she sounded like if there were issues it would have to wait to be settled on the ship! that's no way to run it.

OK, so i need diamonds, sapphires, rubies, emeralds....any other requests?! (I'm not sure how I became the peeps jeweler here...)
